Namo Amituofo’s discourse:
No matter where you are, always keep hope in your heart.
Hope for progress in your practice, to have awareness and wisdom;
hope that all beings can be saved.
To save beings, save one whenever you can; everywhere there are beings waiting for your help.
The heart should always be steady, resting upon the Buddha-name, able to face any changes in the outside world.
Practitioners should know that the Saha world and the human world in which they reside,
are worlds where things gather due to Causal Conditions and disperse when those conditions cease.
This is called illusion.
If you recognise illusion and all false appearances, you will not be led by external environments, causing your heart to fluctuate.
Always keep , , and Selfless Giving in your heart,
so that you can save your family members and fellow practitioners nearby,
and save immeasurable and boundless sentient and insentient beings far away.
With Compassion, Joy, and Selfless Giving, may all beings leave suffering behind;
this is the path of Buddhism to rediscover your true self and become a Buddha.
Those who rediscover their true self are the wealthiest and most prosperous in the world,
attaining eternal stability, serenity, and purity in their hearts;
this is the heart's new hope.
While this body still exists, you can use the false to cultivate the true; it is never too late.
When the heart turns in a single thought, the environment turns;
when it turns in an instant, turns; this is the awakened being.
To be fully awakened in one moment is because, despite diligent practice, there were unresolved blockages,
and when they are resolved at an undetermined time, that is the moment of .
Therefore, always keep new hope in your heart and move forward according to your vow.
At the place where Namo Amituofo truly dwells — Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia,
the fourfold assembly follows Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su to move forward,
to save countless suffering beings so they may attain rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
You are one who has been saved, and the beings within our bodies are the same; this is the heart's new hope.
