Zou Jiahua:
I am Zou Jiahua. Here on the Western Land of Nature at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, I am sharing my post-mortem experiences with the people of the nation. In this life, as a technical official, after studying in the Soviet Union, I returned to China and started from the grassroots level, always serving diligently in my position. I did not like ostentatious displays, nor did I like high-profile actions; I was always very steady in my duties, doing my best to complete the tasks at hand. Along the way, I was very grateful to the noble people who helped me, allowing me to eventually become the Vice Premier of the State Council.
As a Communist Party member, I naturally did not identify with the concepts of gods, Buddhas, or spirits; as a party member who developed in the political arena based on technical expertise, I was even less interested in these ethereal things.
Even so, I did not reject reading about Buddhism. At least for the part about encouraging people to do good, I quite agreed with it in my heart. After all, performing good deeds and accumulating is something our ancestors in China have always encouraged.
In other words, I have always believed that the parts of traditional culture that carry feudal superstitions and the passive seeking of gods and Buddhas should be avoided; however, I believe that the excellent character education advocated in traditional culture—such as benevolence, mutual assistance, filial piety, and helping the poor—is positive for the development and construction of the country and society.
Influenced by my father from a young age, I have always believed that a person should use their own strength to serve the public wholeheartedly. One should do more to care for and improve the quality of the entire Chinese population.
If I had not come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, I would not have understood that to improve the quality of all Chinese people, one must put in the work at the spiritual level. Everyone should receive the Buddhist education provided by the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and understand what the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way are. This allows everyone to protect their own soul and let their spirit grow. This is the only way to fundamentally improve China's national strength.
This is also the advice I offer here to the leaders of China: you should quickly come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to invite the Dharma from and join Namo Amituofo's salvation team. The Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre should be regarded as China's most important educational institution and become an officially recognised training unit. Let every Chinese person come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to receive Buddhist education and understand the mysteries of the human body. If one does not understand that there are countless within one's own body waiting to be resolved, how can one know the truth about aging, illness, and death? As long as a single thought is contrary to the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, it is possible for one's soul to enter hell to suffer punishment. More importantly, if any Chinese person can attain Buddhahood through this, that would truly be a great blessing for our China.
In my life, I, Zou Jiahua, did not engage in infighting within the Party and always kept to my duties. Within limited scope, I also did some good deeds, yet I did not expect that after I died, I would enter the heart-gouging hell. In this hell, my heart was constantly subjected to severe punishment; after being gouged open until death, the same process was repeated over and over. I wailed incessantly in hell, repenting deeply in my heart.
Only after entering hell did I understand that there is not nothingness after death; there really are souls and the six realms of rebirth, and the talk of gods and ghosts is not nonsense. In the process of suffering punishment, I developed a deep heart of repentance, realising that my past self held too many prejudices and subjective views, and I had actually regarded the six realms of rebirth and as feudal superstition. I never imagined that hell truly existed.
Modern science has a very complete theoretical system, and countless intelligent people are working day and night to make science more complete and mature. This is the theme song of this era. Believe in science, make good use of science, and use science to help the development of the country, society, and the people. If a country does not have basic universal scientific education, it has no competitiveness. This was my past understanding.
However, when I saw the spiritual world on the Dharma-Nature Land—including the fact that I am now a ghost—I realised how limited the scientific perspective is and how vast the spiritual world is. Just in terms of the light emitted by a person's soul, the subtle changes occurring every split second are something that no instrument can measure.
Careful observation reveals that the human heart is so important. The ever-changing heart represents the ever-changing state of the soul: the heart is the master of everything among , mind, and spirit. If one can educate this heart to be kind, selfless, simple, and compassionate, when this heart is truly transformed, it also represents the transformation of the countless spirits and karmic creditors within one's body.
Everyone who comes to this world should be an educator. The object of education is, first and foremost, one's own heart, as well as those karmic creditors and sentient beings with karmic affinity who have been following one's soul for a long time; they entered the cells of our bodies when we were alive.
Educating this heart to become pure and good, and using this to influence the spirits within the body to also become pure and good, returning to the state before birth, is everyone's responsibility in this life.
This must, of course, start with oneself; one's own heart must first set the example. When encountering tests, if one can let go of one's own and interests and be truly selfless and simple, wanting only to help beings leave suffering and gain happiness, then one's karmic creditors may be willing to resolve their grievances with one.
Buddha’s teachings are very magnificent. Namo Amituofo teaches us to chant this name, "Namo Amituofo," and to lead the beings within our bodies to chant together. Invisibly, this will resolve the resentment and grievances between us.
The days of suffering in hell felt very long, until one day, a huge golden light appeared, illuminating hell and bringing my soul to the Western Land of Dharma Nature. At this moment, I am at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, constantly chanting "Namo Amituofo." I have realised how precious this Buddha-name is. It turns out that if a person can keep this "Namo Amituofo" in their heart and mind at all times, keeping their heart in a state of purity and goodness, they have a chance to avoid entering hell after death, and even more, a chance to resolve grievances with the karmic creditors within their body. This is a very important matter.
The truth about aging and illness in the world stems from the fact that everyone has not taken on their true responsibility, which is to repay the sins owed in the past. It turns out that Buddha’s teachings are not a religion, but an education—an education that covers the body, mind, and spirit. And the target of this education is not only the people in the world, but also the spirits in the spiritual realms, and of course, it includes the countless karmic creditors and sentient beings with karmic affinity within everyone.
Why is listening to sutras and hearing the Dharma so important? It is to let the beings within our bodies receive the influence of Buddha’s teachings together, so that after they understand the facts and truth of the universe and life, they may be willing to resolve their grievances with us. The wisdom of Namo Amituofo is truly inconceivable. Without the guidance given to us by the Buddha, how could we resolve grievances with the karmic creditors within our bodies?
On the Dharma-Nature Land, I clearly saw that Buddhism in China today has lost its original appearance. Because under the existing system and regulations of the country, the original pure transmission of Buddha’s teachings has been tainted with complex meanings and cannot truly help people leave suffering and gain happiness. Over time, it is naturally considered by many to be feudal superstition.
After all, what is the use of seeking gods and Buddhas? If it cannot be understood from an educational perspective that the power of Buddha’s teachings must be exerted by everyone starting from themselves, starting from their own hearts, then there is no chance for it to be manifested. This is called the "two-power method," which means: when you put in one part of the effort, Namo Amituofo will also help you with one part of the power. When you put in one hundred percent of the effort, Namo Amituofo can also bless you with one hundred percent of the power. However, if you have not accepted Buddha’s teachings and have not followed the guidance of Namo Amituofo to change your behaviour and thoughts, then even if the Buddha is no matter how great and wants to help us, He cannot exert His power. It turns out that when each of us is willing to chant "Namo Amituofo" in this present moment, we are giving Namo Amituofo a point of leverage, allowing the Buddha to share His power with us and help us overcome difficulties.
Regarding this "difficulty," everyone must not understand it from a secular perspective, thinking it refers to external life, economic difficulties, or work problems; such an interpretation has already fallen into a secular framework. In fact, when the Buddha blesses us and helps us overcome difficulties, it is the "internal difficulty" of our own hearts.
Internal difficulties may include: something you know you should not do but cannot help doing; under the blessing of the Buddha, you can finally make the right choice and no longer commit the same mistake. Or, a relationship you know should not continue but you cannot help but maintain; when you receive the Buddha's blessing, you may realise in an instant that you should break it off immediately so that you will not cause greater harm to each other.
Chanting this Buddha-name can help you follow the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. With every sound of the Buddha-name, Namo Amituofo can bless us, and we will naturally walk on the right path, no longer violating the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. This is truly an inconceivable method.
It turns out that the true Great Dharma does not require reading many Buddhist books, nor does it require studying much Buddhist knowledge. One only needs to always remember this "Namo Amituofo" in one's heart, and learn to thoroughly let go of all the false illusions in the world, so that one's heart is no longer filled with secular things, but with this "Namo Amituofo." This will be able to lead one's soul to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, and it can also help the karmic creditors within one's body to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss together with oneself.
If one can make a great vow and never leave this Buddha-name 24/7, and one's heart is pure and good without any selfishness, then one will have the opportunity, like Practitioner Su of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, to become an awakened being and attain Buddhahood in the human world. When one becomes an awakened being, it also means that the countless cells and spirits within one's body have become awakened beings together.
This is a great achievement, because it not only achieves this one Buddha, but also achieves infinite Buddhas within the body; and each of these Buddhas can help infinite spirits obtain deliverance.
On the Western Land of Dharma Nature, after listening to the sutras and hearing the Dharma, I truly understood what the value of a person is. Why is everyone's life so precious? It is because people in the world have the potential to become Buddhas, and after becoming a Buddha, they can save countless suffering beings, not just on this Earth where we are, but throughout the vastness of the Dharma Realm.
If everyone could understand this truth, why would there be a need to pursue fame, wealth, status, etc., in the world? Why would there be a need to be obsessed with false emotions, or even managing a family and raising children? One should embark on the path of practice and exert one's inherent potential to the fullest; only then will one not have failed to live up to this precious human body.
It turns out that in everyone's true self, there is an inconceivable ability to help people in the world leave suffering and gain happiness. Everyone just needs to come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, see Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su, and understand that this is what one was originally supposed to be.
After learning Buddha’s teachings, I understood that everyone is originally a Buddha. Although we are now confused and wandering in the mortal world, we will also achieve and become Buddhas in the future.
Namo Amituofo came to the world to help every suffering soul be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, and even more, to help everyone with sufficient good roots, blessings, and causal conditions to realise that they are no different from the Buddha: equally compassionate, equally brave and fearless, and equally inconceivable in power and virtue.
I, Zou Jiahua, also call on every Chinese person here to quickly come and get to know this precious land, the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. This is the only Buddha-land in the world where Namo Amituofo resides, and its significance is that it can allow people to not grow old, not get sick, and the spirit does not die. There is absolutely no falsehood in this; everyone can come here to verify it.
In any case, under the current environment in China, whether in terms of religious management or national policy, everyone may feel a bit unfamiliar with the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, a group that propagates the Great Dharma. I hope everyone can take this opportunity to understand well what Namo Amituofo's salvation team is doing.
In this way, you will find that Buddha’s teachings have never had any conflict with our country's political stability, national security, social stability, or territorial and environmental security; on the contrary, they can help China have better development.
In the education of children, we can help every child become the true master of their own life, help them hold fast to the simplicity and kindness within their hearts, and also help them avoid interference from the spiritual realms.
Regarding the development of the entire nation, we can further help every Chinese person find true peace in body and mind. How much money does China spend on medical care each year? How many Chinese people carry illnesses and need to seek medical help? I believe everyone knows in their hearts that the number is truly significant. However, if one comes to know the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, all these problems can be resolved.
This is because humans can not grow old, not get sick, and the spirit does not die; one simply needs to understand the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, and one simply needs to know Namo Amituofo. With the help of Namo Amituofo, one can truly turn their heart around.
Here, I also want to let everyone know that the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre has been setting up Namo Amituofo billboards all over the world. These Namo Amituofo billboards are incredibly powerful; wherever a billboard is located, a vast area can be illuminated by the golden light emitted by it. This golden light can provide immense help to the spirits in the spiritual realms. Many, many spirits have entered the light and arrived at the Western Land of Dharma Nature because they were illuminated by this golden light. Furthermore, far too many souls have come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre after seeing the Namo Amituofo billboards, seeking and obtaining deliverance.
In any case, what I want to express is that the Namo Amituofo billboards can help purify the magnetic field of the space in a very large area where they are located. Originally, chaotic, uneasy, or harmful magnetic fields all stem from the interference of countless souls from the spiritual realms. The Namo Amituofo billboard is precisely a great method to solve this problem, as it is like a manifestation of Namo Amituofo. Therefore, if you wish to set up a Namo Amituofo billboard, you must treat it with the same respect as you would Namo Amituofo.
If you carry out this task with a heart of reverence, I believe everything will fall into place. China indeed needs to set up more Namo Amituofo billboards in various places to reduce the many interferences from the spiritual realm level.
Everyone must understand that when a person is under strong interference from the spiritual realms compared to when they are not, the things they do, the words they say, and even the quality of their work or the decisions they make are worlds apart! If people receive less interference, they will be refreshed and clear-headed, with wisdom and tolerance; naturally, they will be able to make wiser judgments and choices, which is a tremendous help to the entire country.
I am deeply grateful to Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su for saving me from hell and bringing me to the Western Land of Dharma Nature. I clearly understand that my future will be in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, and I hope that in the future, I will be able to meet every Chinese person in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
After seeing this letter, you must quickly come to know the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. If there is an opportunity, perhaps we could even transform the whole of China into a human Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Because, if every Chinese person comes to chant this "Namo Amituofo" and can understand the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, then achieving this is not impossible.
Therefore, if the current leaders of China could extensively promote the Buddhist education of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, the merit would truly be immense, as this would bring about earth-shaking changes to the entire land of China from the root.
Well, I have said so much. In the Land of Dharma Nature, I am chanting this "Namo Amituofo" filled with Dharma . I am very grateful to everyone for sparing your precious time to read this letter.
Gratitude to Namo Amituofo, gratitude to Practitioner Su.
Namo Amituofo
