This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Deng Xiaoping, former Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China, who sought deliverance at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. This account reflects upon his life and his journey to the Pure Land, approximately thirty years after his passing.
