Words of Namo Amituofo:
The Sixth Heaven, the Heaven of Paranirmita-vasavartin, is the highest level of the Desire Realm.
In the Sixth Heaven, celestial beings have their wishes fulfilled; whatever they think of appears,
making it a world of great abundance and prosperity.
The ruler of the celestial beings in the Sixth Heaven is known as the King of the Heaven of Paranirmita-vasavartin.
From the sutras, we learn that,
even if the Lord of the Heavens were compared to the King of the Sixth Heaven, he would not be comparable, even by a hundred or thousand times;
but if one were to compare the King of the Sixth Heaven with the Sravakas and Bodhisattvas of the of Ultimate Bliss,
his radiance and appearance would not match theirs, not even by a ten-thousand-billionth.
Although the palaces, clothing, and food of the Sravakas and Bodhisattvas in the Western Pure Land are like those of the King of the Sixth Heaven,
in terms of majestic virtue, status, and supernatural transformations,
even by a hundred-thousand-billion times,
all celestial beings cannot compare to the Sravakas and Bodhisattvas of the Western Pure Land.
From this, we know that the merits and dignity of the Bodhisattvas and Sravakas in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss are inconceivable.
Furthermore, the heavenly realms are one of the six realms of existence; when their heavenly lifespan ends, they must still enter reincarnation,
and flow through birth and death within the six realms;
whereas in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, amidst Infinite Light and Infinite Life, one does not enter reincarnation,
and is not subject to the suffering of birth and death.
And now, the Teaching Master of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, Namo Amituofo,
is currently abiding at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia,
which shows how magnificent this is.
The radiance and appearance of Namo Amituofo are majestic and truly inconceivable; this is a rare and difficult-to-encounter event.
Above the Sixth Heaven is the Form Realm.
When the World-Honoured One was teaching,
He compared the transcendent rarity of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss with the heavenly realms,
also for the sake of teaching sentient beings.
At that time, people all thought the heavenly path was infinitely good,
but in fact, there is a place even more magnificent than the heavenly path, which is the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
By citing this example in the sutras to teach the masses,
He allowed them to understand the magnificent dignity and beauty of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss,
and to arouse the aspiration to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
Many sentient beings on Earth and in the ten directions of the realm,
are driven by ignorance and afflictions in their search for a good place to live,
or consequently lead lives of hardship.
Namo Amituofo, seeing this situation, made a Great Vow:
Sentient beings who come to My land will live lives where their wishes are fulfilled, in ultimate bliss without worry or suffering.
Practising in this environment, one will eventually realise one's true nature and attain Buddhahood.
This is also the compassionate vow of Namo Amituofo, who feels pity for sentient beings.
