Seeing the Peril of China, They Descend to Save the World

In China, the talent is vast and incomparable, and everyone is very loyal to the nation. This visit has been truly magnificent. This ray of hope, being able to send their visit to China and engage in dialogue with Chairman Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai, has allowed us to realise that the spirit never dies. Namo Amituofo, in great compassion, created the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Only when Namo Amituofo descends to abide at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre can the human world be saved. I invite Namo Amituofo to provide compassionate teachings. [[BLOCK_0]] Namo Amituofo's discourse: The vastness of China's talent and their loyalty to the nation are truly precious! This is also the reason why China is able to become a great nation today. Among them, there is no lack of those who were once disciples of the Buddha, or even those who held the seniority of ancestral masters of various schools and sects. Seeing the peril of China, they descended from the heavenly realms, the Four Holy Realms, and even from the Western Land to enter the world and save the nation. In their respective fields and industries, from the grassroots people to those leading in science and technology, they have rescued China from peril, leading to China's current position as a world leader in technology, military, and economy. [[BLOCK_1]] Although they paid the price of suffering retribution in hell after their passing, this is also a manifestation of taking on suffering on behalf of beings. Their true dedication to the nation, to saving the country and its people, is immeasurable. [[BLOCK_2]] Among them, many can be seen to have attained longevity, which is the additional lifespan granted due to their dedication to the nation and family, and their loyalty to the universal principle and the heavenly way. This is the clear distinction of merits and demerits in the human world of the worldly realm; merits lead to extended life and the fruit of happiness, while demerits lead to shortened life and the fruit of suffering. In the turbulent era they lived in, the Buddha’s teachings were in decline, to the extent that in the political situation, China was established as an atheistic nation, causing the Buddha’s teachings to be suppressed to the lowest point, making it impossible to see the nation as it once was in the golden age of the Buddha’s teachings. [[BLOCK_3]] Until now, fortunately, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, who is also a Buddha from the Western Land who descended to the world, just like the others mentioned before, saw the peril of China and descended to save the world. The area where his efforts were most manifest was in the compilation of the Infinite Life Sutra (The Buddha Speaks the Mahayana, Infinite Life, Adornment, Purity, Impartiality, and Enlightenment Sutra), allowing the Buddha’s teachings and Buddhism to reveal a ray of hope in a defiled world. Following this, the spreading of Dharma by Venerable Master Chin Kung led to the diligent practice of Practitioner Su in seeking the Dharma, and upon achieving success in practice and attaining Buddhahood through awakening, she was named Practitioner Su. [[BLOCK_4]] By this time, her skills and the Buddha's blessings were greatly manifested in saving beings in the spiritual realms, the Demon Realm, and the hells. Due to the subtlety of causal conditions, she connected with the pioneers of salvation in this great era of China, with the opportunity to save famous Chinese figures, those who have contributed to the nation, and people in the financial and political circles. By the power of the Buddha, these individuals were saved from the hells, space, and the ghost realm in their state as the deceased, and were rescued into the Western Land of Dharma Nature. [[BLOCK_5]] This series of karmic conditions and the causes and effects are revealed here in the form of the Buddha’s words, all because China is a nation with tremendous blessing and deep accumulation of virtue. However, its blessings also have a time when they will be exhausted. China’s rise from the lowest point to its current flourishing state should also be aware of the need to reorganise the decline of the human heart and spirit, as well as the intense interference from demon crowds, in order to keep the nation stable, the hearts of the people steady, and ensure that everyone’s actions have the correct direction. Do not deviate from the universal principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, lest the body-mind-spirit and the spirit after death suffer the retribution of hell. [[BLOCK_6]] All of this depends on Buddhist education being received by all people in China, from the countryside to the cities, from infants to adults and the elderly. During the period when Namo Amituofo abides at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, under the joint protection of Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju and Practitioner Su, and with the participation of all the people of China, let the Buddha’s teachings in China reappear in their former flourishing state, through China accepting the Buddhist education of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and the nationwide dissemination of the Buddha’s teachings.
