Teachings by Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju:
Natural non-action is an attitude for life and practice.
It is natural without forcing; it is natural and not artificial.
Non-action allows one to follow conditions,
Natural non-action belongs to those who can see through and let go.
Everything in the world is both related and unrelated to me:
Related, in that we are all in the human world and have interdependent relationships with one another.
Unrelated, in that we are all individual entities,
"We are born alone and die alone, we come alone and go alone; we bear our own suffering and happiness, and no one can replace us."
Compared to this, people pursue external material desires, engaging in conditioned phenomena with specific purposes,
in order to satisfy the needs of this body, while neglecting the power of the inner heart.
The Buddha’s teachings tell everyone of the existence of the true self, hoping that the public can purify and rediscover their true self.
This is a truly magnificent and natural matter.
It has always existed, only it has been covered, covered by afflictions and ignorance;
and at this time, through practice, one breaks through ignorance and afflictions to see one's original true face.
That is natural non-action, following conditions with ease, without any external intervention;
it is the natural radiance emitted from this heart.
If one fails to follow nature, there will be suffering;
if one can follow nature, there is no suffering.
The natural state within nature is how things originally are, not something to be forced or clung to.
Conditioned phenomena have purposes, hoping to achieve or obtain certain results;
while the of non-action follows nature, as things originally are, without forcing.
In situations where one does not affect or interfere with others, acting naturally through non-action,
to be able to do so is a fortunate thing.
The Western Land of Ultimate Bliss is a world of natural non-action;
it has always existed, there is no need to seek,
no need to strive for anything. Once a thought arises, what is thought of appears before one's eyes.
It is a highly purified Buddha land, without a single trace of pollution or evil appearances;
it is the entirely beautiful, natural, and non-active Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.
Such a Western Land of Ultimate Bliss,
its teaching master, Amitabha Buddha, currently abides at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
Where Amitabha Buddha is, that is where the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss is located;
it is precisely the place that people and spiritual realms desire to go to.
If those who hear this can go to seek the Dharma, they will surely gain much.
