Teachings by Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju:

The sight of dust swirling in the air is something one often encounters; it is only through karmic affinity that one can truly encounter and witness it.

Within every speck of dust, there exists a spirit.

These spirits have entered the space of dust due to the retribution of their karma.

If they are not saved, these spirits within the dust and sand may remain trapped for a hundred, a thousand, ten thousand, or even hundreds of millions of years, unable to escape from the space of dust and sand.

These spirits may have once been family members, relatives, friends, or acquaintances with whom you had karmic affinity, or you yourself may have once been one of these beings in the dust and sand.

To the physical eyes of people, it appears as dust and sand swirling in the air;

but to those with open eyes who have achieved success in their practice, they can see the spirits within the dust and sand,

or they may see the forms of the Six Roots: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind.

If these beings in the dust and sand can hear the Buddha-name "Namo Amituofo,"

this Buddha-name can penetrate space, awaken the beings within that space,

and enable these beings in the dust and sand to be liberated from the suffering of that space.

Dust and sand are among the reincarnated beings; they also possess a true self,

and they are also capable of Awakening and attaining Buddhahood;

yet, because of heavy karma, they have entered into the dust and sand, and their true self is obscured. When will they finally be saved?

At the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, where Namo Amituofo is residing here,

Practitioner Su is one of those with open eyes; his Buddha-name can open up space,

allowing the beings with whom he has karmic affinity the opportunity to leave that space,

and he can strip away the outer garments of the dust and sand beings, enabling them to regain their former human form,

and send them to the Western Land of Dharma Nature.

This is the act of one who has achieved success in practice, saving countless suffering beings.

It is the same for the beings in the dust and sand as it is for the swirling dust,

and it is the same for all other immeasurable and boundless beings in space.
