Interview with the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss: Lay Practitioner Jiang Taide (Husband of Liu Yue'e)

Lay Practitioner Taide:

Yue'e, it is me, Taide! I am so happy you were able to perform Chao Du for me. I am now in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss; I came here last time, so do not worry, this is real.

Practitioner Su is truly amazing; his hand pulled me, and he brought me here, to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. I am doing very well here, so do not worry about me anymore; it is important that you take care of your own health.

This place is wonderful, truly wonderful. I never imagined such a world existed—it is full of light, vast, and perfect; whatever one desires, it is there. Only after arriving here did I realise that when a spirit dies, it is not so bad, because one can come to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Honestly, being a human is very difficult. Although our children are filial, and you knew to perform Chao Du for me, which I find very touching, and you are helping me increase my lotus grade, I feel quite comforted.

Most people, when they die, do not know where they are going and are separated forever. Look at how blessed we are to have encountered Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su. I believe that in the whole world and the entire universe, only Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su have the ability to guide a past spirit to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. I have heard of soul-guiding before, but it was always impossible to guide someone to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Now, I am being lifted up, ascending to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is truly a temple where Namo Amituofo resides.

Yue'e, you must seize this opportunity! It is not easy to encounter this. In the Western Land of Dharma Nature where I was before, or here in the Land of Ultimate Bliss now, I often watch as Practitioner Su performs Chao Du to send spirits like me to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Upon entering here, there is no need to eat; one is always full, the spirit is excellent, and the body is robust. I have become much younger, more than you could imagine. Especially this time, as you are performing Chao Du for me, I feel even more refreshed. In fact, everyone here has a radiant complexion and high spirits, and everyone smiles when they meet. This is truly a wonderful place.

Yue'e, I am waiting for you here. This matter is very important; do not go to the ghost realm to become a ghost. Being inside the memorial tablets is also becoming a ghost, where everyone lives in grey and dim days. Even if one goes to the heavenly realm to become an immortal or a deity, people say it is enjoying blessings, but it is absolutely not as good as the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, where one can enjoy such blessings. I heard Practitioner Su giving Dharma talks and learned that the heavenly realm also has a lifespan; once the lifespan ends, one must be reincarnated. In the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, there is no need to be reincarnated; one lives such a happy and blissful life forever.

I have said so much in one breath, and now the Dharma assembly is about to end. Whenever Practitioner Su calls my name, I will answer "Present." I have been present every time; I have been present for every Chao Du. I am in awe of Practitioner Su's Chao Du. Since such a Practitioner Su has appeared in this human world, this is such a good thing that everyone should know about it. We must quickly bring everyone to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss so they do not have to suffer greatly anymore.

Yue'e, chanting Buddha's name is wonderful; you must chant Buddha's name! I also chant Buddha's name, and I am waiting for you here. I also thank Ying Shan, our filial child; thank you. Do not worry; I am doing very well here. You must take good care of your own health; that is the most important thing. You are getting old, and health is the most important thing; take care of yourself. This is my advice to you. Alright, rest assured!
