Wu Bangguo:
.
I am Wu Bangguo. In this life, I joined the Communist Party of China and experienced the Cultural Revolution. Although I was not greatly affected during the process of the Cultural Revolution, seeing the various impacts it had on the country and society, I could not help but feel the volatility and impermanence of the times.
I consider myself a typical technocrat. In politics, I have always aspired to follow a low-key and pragmatic path, not wishing to participate too much in factional struggles. That was not my strength, nor was it a path I enjoyed; it was better to use what I had learned to do something solid for the country, society, and the people. I feel this was my expectation for myself throughout my time in the Communist Party of China.
Having served as Vice Premier of the State Council and even as Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, I was fortunate to be able to make more contributions to the Party and the country. I have always been cautious, hoping to use a low-key attitude, a pragmatic way of working, and a positive, striving mindset to help the country establish better legal systems and bring innovation to China's state-owned enterprises.
Regardless of how I perceived this life, after arriving at the -Nature Land, I slowly realise that it is no longer important. This is because the past was truly so illusory and false.
Why do I say it was false? It is because the various decisions and encounters throughout this life were never truly decided by me. How much of it was actually my own intention? Or were these actions carried out under the manipulation of the and demon crowds within my body? This is truly impossible to know.
There are countless karmic creditors and sentient beings within ; this is something I only learned after arriving at the of the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
This completely overturned many of my past concepts. After all, as a Communist Party member, I believed in neither ghosts and deities nor the Buddha. I have always made judgments based on observable phenomena; whether through analysis, deliberation, or contemplation, in all our calculations and rehearsals, we often ignored the level of the spiritual realms.
It turns out that death is not the end for a person, but the beginning of another journey. It turns out that the spirit within the body represents the true self. If everyone could clearly realise this, they would know that the most important thing in this life is not to satisfy the desires and needs of this body, but to focus on the growth and elevation of the spirit.
Therefore, from now on, we should all include spiritual growth in our life plans and list it as our primary goal. Because only by first allowing our spirit to be stable and protected can we talk about further development.
In the Western Dharma-Nature Land, I am filled with Dharma as I chant the name "Namo Amituofo". At this moment, my heart is so stable and peaceful, but seeing the people in the world, who are always stirred by various worldly matters and whose hearts are fluctuating, I find it truly painful. Seeing so many people, for the sake of the body's desires or sensations, even while suffering in heart and body, still cling to pursuing everything they want. This immense force of attraction—only after arriving at the Western Dharma-Nature Land did I understand that it is called the power of .
It turns out that karma is such a massive force, as deep as the ocean and as difficult to climb as a high mountain. There is only one way to overcome the mountain of karma, and that is to keep one's heart anchored at every moment to the Buddha-name "Namo Amituofo". Because this Buddha-name can sweep away the darkness that has accumulated in the heart for a long time, and because Amitabha Buddha has placed all His meritorious power into this Buddha-name.
When we chant the Buddha-name "Namo Amituofo", we can, through the Buddha's blessing, awaken the true light within our self-nature that is neither born nor destroyed. Under the blessing of the Buddha's power, and are in sync, allowing us to dissolve karma and eliminate obstacles; this is the inconceivable nature of the Buddha's teachings.
If it were not so, how could one overturn karma and escape one's existing destiny? The common destiny of people is always inseparable from the problems of aging, illness, and death. We will age and get sick, and our loved ones and family will also age and get sick. No one can avoid facing the trials of aging, illness, and death, and the core key to passing these tests lies in this heart.
If all the people of China could take the Buddha's teachings—that is, the Buddhist education of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre—as the indicator for their thinking, and truly base their inner moral standards and external behavioral standards on the teachings of Amitabha Buddha, then they would have the opportunity to receive the true benefits of the Buddha's teachings, which are: not grow old, not get sick, and the spirit does not die.
I, Wu Bangguo, appeal to all the people of China here: Amitabha Buddha is currently manifesting at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and is about to work with Practitioner Su in the human world to save this world. All the people of China should join this great salvation cause, especially the current leaders of China, who should take the lead in setting an example and join Amitabha Buddha's salvation team together.
This is a decision that every Chinese leader must make. Because in the Dharma-Nature Land, I clearly see that most of the Chinese people are no longer in control of themselves. If one could see clearly that beneath the facade of China's current prosperity, there are actually suffering souls of Chinese people, every Chinese leader should understand the urgency of the matter.
The top priority is not to develop the external economy, national construction, or various forms of knowledge-based education, but to start from the spiritual level and allow all the people of China, starting from infancy, to have universal spiritual education. Of course, this can also be said to be a comprehensive education covering the body, heart, and spirit, which is what the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre wants to bring to the world now. It is through such education that we help everyone understand what the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way are.
If one can be in sync with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, one can naturally enhance the spiritual immunity of all Chinese people. I, Wu Bangguo, am very certain: in the future, this immunity will definitely become an important indicator for evaluating the national power of various countries.
Why? Because only when the people of a country have a sufficiently high spiritual immunity, which can also be called soul immunity—only when this quality is sufficient and truly meets the standard—can we ensure that while people are developing careers, economic construction, or pursuing various goals, they avoid being kicked out of their bodies by external souls, that is, the karmic creditors or demon crowds within their bodies.
If this can be achieved, the wisdom of the entire Chinese people will be further enhanced. Because although many Chinese people now appear to be very intelligent and quick-witted, it is often not their true self in control, but the karmic creditors or demon crowds within their bodies manipulating the thoughts, words, and actions of this body. In this situation, this body is actually just a puppet of the karmic creditors or demon crowds. How can one ensure that such a Chinese person, under these circumstances, can be consistent with the development of the country and the Party's line, and truly benefit the country, society, and the people?
Only by truly ensuring that every Chinese person can receive sufficient protection for their soul and can truly be their own master is it possible to have the whole of China united in heart, truly rational, and wise enough to make sensible decisions for the country, society, economy, and construction.
In the Western Dharma-Nature Land, I see that China's entertainment industry is very developed now. However, while this brings audio-visual entertainment and psychological satisfaction to the public, it has actually violated the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way in too many instances. Many people have caused their souls to suffer great pain because of this; after all, once one violates the Universal Principle, it is inevitable that the soul will suffer, which is the Law of Cause and Effect.
Only by keeping this heart truly in a state of purity and goodness, and by chanting "Namo Amituofo" in every thought, can one achieve true protection for the soul based on the Buddha's blessing and one's own compassionate vow. Such a person has the ability to truly benefit the public, society, and even the country.
The current entertainment industry inevitably contains too many revelations of personal inner worlds, or frivolous sounds, and even various emotional entanglements and audio-visual stimuli. These have actually created immeasurable and boundless sins unknowingly. Although the development of technology and media makes information dissemination easier, if China cannot truly understand what information is useful to the people, then relevant personnel at all levels will find it difficult to avoid taking subtle responsibility for this.
I, Wu Bangguo, hope that more materials from the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre can appear in Chinese online media in the future. This includes many interviews on the spiritual level, as well as teachings from Amitabha Buddha, guidance from Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and videos of Practitioner Su's Dharma talks. After careful understanding in the Dharma-Nature Land, I believe that this positive information is very important for all Chinese people and should be broadcast in large quantities across the entire Chinese media network as soon as possible. This, of course, also requires the consent and support of national leaders.
Therefore, I appeal to all Chinese leaders: please understand that in this life, whether one is a high-ranking official or a commoner, a wealthy businessman or an ordinary person, as long as one lives in the world, one cannot avoid creating sins. Every thought has actually planted the seeds of karma, and most people have not asked themselves: how much of the time do I truly consider the interests of others?
I see it very clearly in the Dharma-Nature Land: almost all Chinese people, due to a lack of pure and good spiritual education from childhood, have forgotten their inherent simplicity and kindness. Most of the time, what they think about is actually themselves, and they are creating karma every day. In such a situation, where should the soul go after death? Is it to enjoy , or to suffer in hell?
I dare not speak too absolutely, but I can tell everyone that at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, I have seen many Chinese compatriots—including national leaders, Nobel Prize winners, and celebrities from all walks of life—who entered hell after death. If it were not for the help of Practitioner Su of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, they would still not be able to escape even now. Now they have come to the Western Dharma-Nature Land, living a pure and fulfilling life like me, and all have the opportunity to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss in the future.
After leaving the world in this life, my soul went to the heart-gouging hell and the vehicle-crushing hell to suffer punishment. The endless torture made me unable to help but wail, and the pain of the soul made me want to repent in my heart, but I did not know how to do it. This bitter life only ended when Practitioner Su came into hell and saved me to the Western Dharma-Nature Land of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre.
Only then did I understand that as long as one's actions, bit by bit, are contrary to the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, one's soul can fall into hell to suffer punishment. Not to mention that as one of the core high-level leaders of the People's Republic of China, the decisions I made had too great an impact on the Chinese people. After all, the power I held was so great. Although I thought that many times I was single-mindedly for the development of China and for the well-being of the Chinese people, it was inevitable that some selfishness was mixed in. It was this lack of simplicity and purity in my mindset that caused the decisions I made to invisibly harm many people, and thus I entered hell to suffer retribution after death.
I bring this up to tell Chinese leaders: everyone must recognise the facts. We have always ignored the spirit and ignored proper planning for the destination of the soul after death. If everyone understands the seriousness of this, they should quickly let the Buddhist education of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre blossom and bear fruit in China.
Only in this way can all the people of China make a fundamental transformation. Under the influence of the Buddha's teachings, everyone will understand what is right and what should not be done. It turns out that as long as this "I" exists in the heart, what is done is often already wrong. If we can help every Chinese person completely remove the selfishness, self-protection, and suspicion in their hearts, and make all of China more selfless and willing to contribute, only then can they have a better destination after leaving the world.
Now that Amitabha Buddha has come to the world, it is to help everyone be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is an opportunity that is difficult to encounter in millions of years. If there is no help from the Buddha, relying solely on ourselves, it is very difficult to be reborn in the Western Pure Land.
As it stands, the spread of the Buddhist education of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in China has encountered obstacles from all sides. I cannot say whether this is right or wrong; I can only say that it is because the collective karma of the Chinese people is difficult to repay, has not yet been truly overturned, and the good roots, blessings, and causal conditions are not yet mature.
As a former high-level leader of China, I sincerely appeal here: every Chinese person should quickly set up more Namo Amituofo billboards in China. The main problem now is that the good causal conditions of the Chinese people have not yet truly matured, and the process is inevitably subject to much interference from the spiritual realms. If you, the leaders of China, can recognise this, you must truly understand that China needs to set up more billboards in every corner. Namo Amituofo billboards are like emanations of Namo Amituofo, capable of emitting immense golden light, allowing the beings illuminated by the Buddha-light to be liberated, and also helping the beings in the space to depart. Currently, in a few places in China that people have not noticed, billboards have already been set up. I see that where these billboards are located, a large number of lonely wandering spirits in China have been saved; too many Chinese spirits have gone to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia to seek because they saw the billboards, and under the compassionate help of Practitioner Su, they have been received into Practitioner Su's Buddha-land—the Western Land of Dharma Nature. The Buddha is so compassionate, giving people in the world such a "skillful means" to save beings by setting up Namo Amituofo billboards, accumulating merits and virtues for oneself, and at the same time helping one's own good roots, blessings, and causal conditions to mature more quickly. After evaluation, the cost of setting up each billboard is not high, and it is a project that most Chinese people can afford. This matter should be valued by Chinese leaders, who should consciously encourage the people to set up Namo Amituofo billboards together, helping everyone accumulate merits and virtues and increase their blessings. In short, the good roots, blessings, and causal conditions of the Chinese people will accelerate their maturation in this process, helping to purify the great magnetic field of China, which is truly beneficial and harmless to the whole of China. You, the leaders of China, must quickly make this project a high priority. Now that the Buddha is in the world saving beings, every minute and every second, immeasurable and boundless beings are being saved because of the appearance of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su. Too many Chinese people are suffering. If you could see clearly from the spiritual level as I do, you would know that everyone suffers from not being able to be the master, suffers from this ever-changing heart that cannot be settled, and suffers from not having received Buddhist education. If every Chinese person could understand what the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way are, could truly recognise this Holy Name "Namo Amituofo", and no longer ponder, analyse, or calculate on all the illusions of the world, but instead be willing to empty themselves in the present moment, surrender themselves to Namo Amituofo, and recite the Buddha-name, only then is it possible for their physical and mental pain to be liberated. The situation is urgent, and you leaders must take action quickly. Never forget that as a leader of a country, if you fail to help the people attain peace of soul and stability after death, in terms of the Law of Cause and Effect, you as a leader will also have to pay a huge price. This price will be very painful and difficult to accept, often involving suffering all kinds of torture in hells. I am not threatening you, but telling you the truth: as a national leader, our responsibility from beginning to end is to help every Chinese person embark on the path of practice, to realise that the body coming into the world is not to indulge in emotion, love, and entertainment, let alone to pursue wealth, fame, and status, but to walk the path of becoming a Buddha, saving the world, and delivering beings, and after death, to be reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. If this can be done, that is a truly good leader; if it cannot be done, one must indeed pay a painful price for it. The greater the power, the greater the responsibility; this is a problem that every Chinese leader must face. This is not just saving the people of China, but also saving oneself. At this moment, I, Wu Bangguo, am filled with Dharma joy in the Western Land of Dharma Nature. Every "Namo Amituofo" that I recite from my mouth carries the full gratitude in my heart. I feel myself becoming more compassionate and more radiant in the sound of the Buddha-name. Looking at my face, which is different from the worldly dust and pollution of the past, my appearance in the Land of Dharma Nature is now so pure, bright, and perfect. I believe that after I am reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss in the future, I will be able to improve even more. Gratitude to the Buddha for coming into the world, so that all souls in the world can be saved. I hope that the Chinese people who are connected by karmic affinity and see this letter can come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to see Namo Amituofo as soon as possible, and can also go online to learn about the information of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. In any case, if anyone, including old friends who know me, wants to come and talk to me, Wu Bangguo, I am waiting for you in the Western Land of Dharma Nature. I hope that everyone will start to cultivate their own spirit well from this moment on and make the best plans for their own spirit. Reciting this "Namo Amituofo" is the best way. Please recite this Buddha-name sentence by sentence now, which also represents waking up this Buddha in your heart who is originally "unmoved". Gratitude to Namo Amituofo, gratitude to Practitioner Su. Wu Bangguo [[BLOCK_1]]
