Namo Amituofo’s discourse:
"Sincere and truthful words, deeply penetrating the meaning,"
Is a passage from "The Infinite Sutra (The Buddha Speaks the , Infinite Life, Adornment, Purity, Impartiality, and Sutra) - Chapter 30: The Practice of Bodhisattvas,"
Which mentions the practice of Bodhisattvas in the of Ultimate Bliss.
"Sincere and truthful" means having a heart that is genuine and earnest.
The words of Bodhisattvas are true and not false. Bodhisattvas are endowed with Wisdom (Prajna); in their sincere and truthful teaching, they observe the person, the time, and the place, and according to the potential of beings, they expound the essential .
Thus, they can penetrate the philosophy of the Dharma, deeply grasp the flavour of the Dharma, and allow beings to naturally accept it and understand its meaning.
This is the situation of Bodhisattvas expounding the True Teachings to save beings extensively.
The practice of Bodhisattvas is, in reality, cautious, diligent, and unremittingly brave.
Because they are cautious and do not violate the , they purify their sense of sight within purity, allowing the five eyes to manifest; because they are awakened to the Dharma-Nature, they attain the wisdom of eloquence and teach the Dharma with ease.
This is the situation of the practice of Bodhisattvas in the Western Land.
The Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia is the place where Namo Amituofo abides,
And holy beings from the Four Sacred Realms also diligently practise within it.
The profound and subtle "skillful means" of Namo Amituofo’s teachings enable the Bodhisattvas who come from all directions to understand the profound Dharma meaning of the emptiness of the true self, opening their hearts and minds.
They also enable beings from various realms of reincarnation to realise the suffering of reincarnation, to develop a heart of weariness and detachment, to desire to be free from the suffering of reincarnation, and to make the vow to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
This is the teaching of Namo Amituofo at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre.
In the human world, Practitioner Su gives lectures to the fourfold assembly, which are then produced into video files to save all those with karmic affinity.
Beings from the Dharma Realm who have been saved by Practitioner Su—including beings from other spaces, the Yama kings and jailers of the hells, and beings from the —can all listen to the profound yet accessible Dharma meaning and enter the great Dharma of attaining Buddhahood in the Pure Land.
Practitioner Su’s profound skill in giving lectures allows him to teach according to the potential of beings, enabling them to naturally understand the profound Dharma meaning of the Pure Land and the essentials of achieving success in practice.
This is not only true for the human world but also for beings in the spiritual realms.
This is what is meant by Practitioner Su’s teaching being sincere and truthful, and deeply penetrating the meaning.
