Swift progress,
Regarding modes of transport, whether it be traditional horse-drawn carriages, rickshaws, or even the
various vehicles of today, under safe conditions, the goal is to advance with speed,
reaching the destination in the shortest amount of time; this is swift progress.
In practice, through diligent practice and purification, different innate abilities may manifest in .
Regarding what the eyes can see—people, objects, and scenery—
one gains a deeper understanding of the principles behind phenomena,
and being able to have moments of realisation and see clearly the truth of some facts is considered progress.
This is diligent practice; it is swift progress, quickly gaining advancement and results.
Regarding the ears, through the words and sounds one can hear, one knows whether the heart of the speaker is sincere or false,

does one have the ability to help beings leave suffering behind.

or to avoid suffering.
When the human body is pure, there are few spiritual attachments,
and even in the case of a Buddha or or those who have realised their true nature, where there are no spiritual attachments, it is a pure body, and its speed
can advance with speed.
From the light and agile bodies of children, youths, and middle-aged people, one can know that they have few spiritual attachments;
from the heavy, weak bodies of the elderly who walk slowly or are bedridden, one can know that they have heavy spiritual attachments,
therefore, swift progress is the source of a pure human body. The spirit is the same.
