The teachings of the Buddha are vast and boundless, extending far beyond the limits of what a finite mind can encompass. For all students of Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, the path forward is clear. You must move directly ahead with unwavering resolve and engage in diligent practice. When you are able to break through your internal barriers, you will find that you have reached a new stage of progress.
If you wish to achieve true success in your practice, you must be willing to put in the necessary effort. There are no shortcuts to spiritual maturity. Purification is the primary task for every practitioner. You must strive to maintain the purity of your Body-Mind-Spirit at all times, ensuring that you do not become distracted or influenced by external disturbances. By keeping your inner state clear and calm, you create the perfect environment for wisdom to grow.
In the Pure Land path, we rely on Buddha-Recitation Samadhi to attain the power of meditative concentration. This is the key to your success. Through the practice of chanting the name of , you can subdue your wandering thoughts and cut off all delusions. When you are no longer swayed or shaken by external environments, you will reach a state of single-minded focus. In this state, regardless of the time or the situation, the name of Namo Amituofo will constantly resonate within your heart and echo in your ears.
Spiritual deliverance, or , is a profound method for helping others. To perform this effectively, you must build a strong foundation based on two essential qualities:
Beyond this, there is the advanced practice of deliverance through the . This is a higher level of attainment that requires one to have already realised their true nature. Only after achieving this , and gaining the three bodies—the Body, the Reward Body, and the Manifestation Body—can one possess the true ability to perform deliverance through the Dharma Body.
This level of practice is not something one encounters or learns in an ordinary way. It is a rare and precious opportunity. Therefore, all students must be fiercely diligent in their practice. Once you have realised your true nature, you will be able to join the ranks of Practitioner Su, working together to utilise the power of the Dharma Body to save the world and rescue infinite suffering beings. May you all remain steadfast on this path, guided by the light of Namo Amituofo.
