Interview with Li Zongchun (Former General Manager of YFY Inc.)

Namo Amituofo, I am Li Zongchun.

In my career, I can say I have been highly affirmed, having served as a senior manager for many well-known companies. The impression people have of me is that as part of the management of the YFY Group, I was able to successfully lead YFY Inc. to a public listing, which I consider a significant achievement.

Of course, this was not my credit alone; it was primarily due to the trust and immense help from Chairman He Yida. National brands like Mayflower and Orange House have truly integrated into the lives of the public, and many Taiwanese people have used these products. Seeing everyone use them happily and with peace of mind makes me very happy.

After all, regarding Orange House, whether as dish soap, detergent, or laundry liquid, compared to other less natural similar products, it indeed causes less harm and burden to the human body.

However, now regarding these so-called burdens and harms, I clearly see in the Western Land of Dharma Nature that they are actually the interference and influence of so-called sentient beings. It turns out that dish soap and detergents are full of sentient beings! It turns out that in places invisible to the human eye, all things have spirits.

All things have spirits; this is a true and undeniable fact. Here, I want to appeal to everyone to please attach great importance to this truth! If one can understand this, one will naturally develop a sense of respect for the rain in the sky, the sun, moon, and stars, and the mountains and rivers. This is because one understands that they are actually living spiritual lives, just existing in different spaces.

Regarding the concept of space, I am also learning it for the first time now. It turns out that all things in the world are individual spaces, and within these spaces, there are spirits. Speaking of the human body, it is actually a very large space. I have heard that although our human body looks small, the space contained within is infinitely vast, as large as the universe; and living within this universe are actually our karmic creditors.

Goodness! When I found out, I was truly so shocked that my legs went weak, and I knelt on the ground to repent deeply. I never imagined that I had created so much negative karma in the past, and that these people I had harmed were still within my body's cells and spaces, waiting to seek revenge.

Oh! How can this debt be repaid? The answer is clearly revealed to us at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. It turns out that the true way to repay the debt is actually to truly forget about this debt.

Do not misunderstand me when I say this; it does not mean that if you owe someone money, you can just casually forget about it; rather, it means allowing everyone to truly let go of everything from the past. Whether good or bad, it is all smoke and clouds from the past, and nothing should be held in the heart anymore. Only by being able to do this, and sincerely chanting Namo Amituofo, can one truly repay the debts owed in the past.

This is the most important thing I have learned now. It turns out that by following the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, and keeping one's heart in a state of purity and goodness, one can truly soothe the countless suffering souls within one's body. Only by using the transformation of one's own heart to drive the transformation of their hearts, allowing one's own heart and the hearts of the karmic creditors to all become the heart of Namo Amituofo, can one truly resolve the conflicts and repay these debts.

I can only say that the Buddha’s teachings are truly vast, and Namo Amituofo is truly so wise to have such an ingenious method. The principles of the Buddha’s teachings are indeed high, indeed very deep and broad. Such an operation is indeed different from any worldly imagination or thinking; however, using the word operation to describe it seems very worldly itself. It should be said that such an approach is truly and definitely beyond the framework of the secular world in terms of mindset and starting point. This is something that only a Buddha, who truly and thoroughly understands the mysteries of the human body and the spiritual world, could say.

It turns out that true repentance is to honestly chant the Buddha's name. The Holy Name Namo Amituofo contains the most extreme and good energy in the universe. When the whole body is filled with the energy and merit of the Buddha's name, it is the time when countless sentient beings are saved.

As a manager of a large enterprise, I have actually had many insights along the way. Among them, setting a clear and correct goal is something I have always considered very important. Now, looking at my own body from this perspective, it gives me an idea: could it be said that this body is actually a company?

There are countless cells in the body, and the countless sentient beings within the cells are actually the employees of the company; the actual controller of this company should be one's own soul within the body, which is one's complete three hun souls and seven po souls.

From this perspective, I divide the key points of managing this large company called the human body into two main points: setting the correct goal and direction, and how to maintain, stabilise, and consolidate the management team of this company. Looking at the main point of stabilising the management team, if the point of setting goals is done well, it can also lead to the realisation of the second point. In other words, whether the management team of the human body company is stable or not depends entirely on whether the definition of the goal and direction is correct and appropriate.

A question that needs to be explored is: who will compete for the management rights of this large company, the human body?

Oh, this question can truly only be answered by the Buddhist education at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. If I hadn't come here, I wouldn't have known that the human body is actually just borrowed, and at any time, other souls could take away control of this body.

It turns out that if one is not really clear about the Universal Principle and the Truth, just a deviation in a single thought can awaken the karmic creditors within the body or attract external attached spirits. In the modern era where technology is developing rapidly and AI applications are becoming more mature, it is even more likely that while deviant thoughts and behaviours are produced, demon crowds are attracted into the body.

In this way, it is possible for one's own complete three hun souls and seven po souls within the body to be attacked and thus dispersed. Some of the dispersed souls are scattered outside the body, while others remain in the body, thereby gradually reducing one's original 100% control over the body.

In other words, when the management team of this large company, the human body, is no longer just the ten managers of one's own three hun souls and seven po souls, but some of them are replaced by demon crowds, external ghosts, or karmic creditors within the body. If, among these ten managers, only one's own true self belongs to one's own camp, and the other nine positions are all held by demon crowds, karmic creditors, or ghost deities, then in this situation, it can be said that this person is already equivalent to a walking corpse.

The result of this 9:1 absolute disadvantage is the pain of being completely unable to be the master. The impact on the human body is that every word and action, and even what the brain thinks, what the heart thinks, including various thoughts and intentions, are all controlled by the new managers.

If it reaches this situation, the only remaining manager, which is the true self still struggling in the body, is truly too miserable! Because the true self is always in a state of being oppressed, or even blocked, unable to break through the siege, and can only watch helplessly as this company is controlled by these external intruders, making many wrong decisions and moving towards the wrong goals.

To avoid the outcome of the company changing hands, one can only set a correct and clear goal for this company while all of one's three hun souls and seven po souls are still on duty. Now, listening to Practitioner Su give Dharma talks in the Land of Dharma Nature, I have understood that this goal is the two words save the world.

Saving the world is easy to say, but indeed not easy to do, yet it is something that must be done. Because the vastness of the Dharma Realm is actually one entity; while saving infinite suffering beings, one is actually also saving oneself. This is the only path, and it is also a responsibility that everyone must face and should take on.

The Ultimate Vow to save the world requires everyone to work together to achieve it, achieving the cause of saving the world that pervades the entire Dharma Realm. That is the Dharma-spreading cause of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, and it is also an educational cause. The goal of this cause is to bring all humanity the benefits of not growing old, not getting sick, and the spirit never dying, and to help infinite suffering beings in the entire Dharma Realm to be liberated and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

If the soul managing this company, the human body, can truly achieve this and set such a goal for the company, then all the employees of this company, that is, the infinite suffering beings within the body, will all be able to share the benefits.

The specific way to achieve this goal is, first of all, to establish a good corporate culture, which is selflessness and altruism. At the same time, create a good working environment for the whole company, establish a pure and good working atmosphere, and teach every employee of the company to chant this Namo Amituofo. In this way, we are one step closer to the company's great goal of saving the world and saving all humanity and the spiritual realms.

This actually must go through a process. Under the premise of not deviating from the great goal of saving the world and saving beings, one should develop many projects for this company, the human body. Each project is to let more people know about the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and let more people accept the Buddha's education. It can also be said that the goal of each project is to help people understand the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.

If one can do what I have said above, one can manage this company, the human body, well and truly bring real benefits to the human world and the spiritual realms. The Buddhist education currently implemented at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is actually to help everyone manage this company, the human body, well.

I hope that everyone can truly purify their Body-Mind-Spirit and use a pure and good heart to protect their own soul. As long as one can truly follow the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, one can avoid having the right to use the body taken away by other spirits.

Why do people in the world grow old, get sick, and die? It is actually because the soul's control over the body is no longer 100%, or even down to a very low level. Anyone suffering from a serious illness must have a soul within the body that is no longer the complete three hun souls and seven po souls, but is in a state of dispersion. When the soul in the body is no longer complete, it can no longer be the master and can only be swept away by the flow of karma. Facing illness and aging, one can only passively accept it and be manipulated by it.

I believe no one wants to experience such a life, but most people have still embarked on this path. This is due to the lack of Buddhist education and not understanding the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. A basic requirement for being able to govern this company, the human body, well is a pure and good heart; only with purity and goodness can one truly manage the employees of this company well.

A very strange point about this company is that many of the employees have grudges of varying sizes against the management, and one could even say they hate the management very much. In this situation, if one cannot resolve the conflict and live in peace with them, it is impossible for the company to have good development. Therefore, one's own three hun souls and seven po souls, as the management team of the company, should know how to listen to the voices of these employees and soothe them in order to resolve the conflict with them.

As the management team of a company, the best way to manage employees is actually to lead by example. Since one hopes that the atmosphere of the whole company is pure and good, one must first take the lead in doing so. As long as one can become a benchmark and model for employees, the employees will naturally be truly convinced.

As long as all managers can wholeheartedly chant this Namo Amituofo, they will naturally be able to transform the magnetic field of the entire company. All employees will also be driven by this to chant this Namo Amituofo together. This Holy Name represents the energy of purity and goodness, which can bring about a completely different transformation to the entire company.

Because of the selfishness in my heart in the past, I harmed these people for the sake of my own body, and these people are now employees of this company, the human body. The best way to resolve the conflict with them is to truly let go of this body, no longer thinking for myself at all, and considering everything for the sake of sentient beings. Only in this way is there a chance to resolve the conflict with karmic creditors.

Namo Amituofo is very compassionate; He knows our self-power is limited, so He has placed all His merits into the Holy Name "Namo Amituofo". As long as we can sincerely chant this Holy Name, we have the opportunity to resolve conflicts with them. At that time, the management and all employees of this company will no longer have any labour-management opposition, but will truly merge into one. Under the premise of the "Oneness View", the entire company will be able to exert tremendous power and achieve our goals to the greatest extent, which is to bring true happiness to the human world and the spiritual realms.

In this life, although I can be considered very successful in my career, I am grateful to many people for their help and recognition along the way. However, after death, I entered the "brain-gouging hell".

In hell, I suffered extreme torture; my brain was constantly being gouged out until I died; then I was reborn, only to be gouged out again and die again. This process repeated endlessly. While wailing, I repented deeply in my heart, realising that I must have done something wrong.

Later, very fortunately, a golden light shone in hell. Under the power of the golden light, I quickly arrived at the "Western Land of Dharma Nature" of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, where I began my brand-new spiritual life. In this pure and bright, wonderful world, I felt unprecedented joy and stability. I now know that this place is a transit station to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. I am grateful to Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su for their salvation, which allowed me to escape the brain-gouging hell.

Here, I recovered from my injuries very quickly, and under the Buddha’s light, I have been constantly purifying my soul. I feel more and more clear-headed, and I have learned a lot after listening to sutras and hearing the Dharma. I am very grateful for this opportunity to share my experience after rebirth, what I have learned, and what I have seen and heard, including some of my own insights, with everyone.

Now I, Li Zongchun, am here to call upon the respected Chairman of YFY, He Yida: We have known each other for many years, and I am grateful for your appreciation and trust in me.

Regarding my death, I know it surprised you, but please be happy for me. Because my soul has now arrived at the "Western Land of Dharma Nature", and my future is the pure and dignified Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. There, there is only light and simple bliss; I will possess infinite eternal life, practising with Namo Amituofo, and one day I will attain Buddhahood.

I hope you, Chairman, can come to invest in the "Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia" where I am now. This is the only and the first bodhimanda in the world where Namo Amituofo has descended to reside, which can truly help immeasurable and boundless suffering beings. Including the cultivation of the next generation, it must be based on the Buddhist education taught by the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, so that everyone can become the true master of their own body.

The spiritual world is very mysterious; if you do not see it with your own eyes, it is indeed hard to imagine. If the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre had not revealed these secrets for us, no one would know the truth.

Chairman, you are a wise person. No matter how extraordinary or mediocre one's life is, it never escapes the end of aging, sickness, and death. Coming to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, one can truly be free from aging, free from illness, and the spirit never dies. Even for all diseases, including cancer, as long as surgery has not been performed, patients can be cured here. To achieve all this, one must have 100% faith in Namo Amituofo.

Although this precious land is still little known to the world, if everyone can develop faith, they will receive the true benefits of the Buddha's teachings. In the future, countless people will flock here, and a large number of buildings and facilities need to be perfected. This requires mature Causal Conditions, and saving the world and sentient beings requires the gathering of positive energy from the ten directions; every little bit is very precious.

I hope you, Chairman, can take the lead and call on more seniors and benevolent people in the business world to support this great cause of saving the world together. Saving immeasurable and boundless suffering beings is also saving yourself. This is the most cost-effective investment, and the objects gathered are from every corner of the entire Dharma Realm.

Countless spirits will be saved because of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. Every bit of contribution to the Great Buddha Temple will be transformed into immeasurable merits, wealth, blessings, and good affinities in the future, which is truly indescribable in its help to oneself.

Of course, I am only letting you, Chairman, understand how magnificent the salvation cause of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is. It is not about discussing any worldly calculations or rates of return, but hoping that after you understand the magnificence of this cause, you will realise that this is the responsibility of every person on Earth and every capable person, because everyone will be saved by Namo Amituofo.

I am grateful to Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su for the completely different transformation they brought to my life. I am very fortunate to be able to come to the Western Land of Dharma Nature. At this moment, I see every member of Namo Amituofo's salvation team working very actively to save the world. My heart is full of gratitude that there is still such a Buddha-land in the human world, which can bring hope to the desperate people of the Earth, allowing everyone to have the hope of reversing their karma and escaping their original destiny. I hope everyone's future can be like mine, Li Zongchun, in the bright Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.
