Interview with Dr. Lin Yu-Hung (Renowned Taiwanese Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Infertility Specialist)

From the Blood Pool Hell to the Western Dharma-Nature Land

Dr. Lin Yu-Hung:

I would like to share with everyone that I have recently met the true Great Physician. This Great Physician is called Namo Amituofo, and He is completely different from all the doctors I have known before! My name is Lin Yu-Hung, and I am a doctor. In my life, I have met so many doctors—my colleagues and doctors from all walks of life. We have had many profound exchanges, and even my former classmates from medical school are my friends. Therefore, in my life, apart from being a doctor myself, my surrounding environment and everything else have been inseparable from doctors, hospitals, and diseases.

To be honest, the profession of a doctor is envied by many. Many people feel that being a doctor is a very noble profession and not an easy task. Everyone always thought I was very great, that I did a very good job, and they respected me very much. Generally speaking, as long as a doctor has moral foundations, everyone will respect them.

To be honest, regarding my career as a doctor, I feel ashamed! A so-called doctor should focus on prevention rather than waiting until a disease has manifested, or even become very serious, before thinking about how to treat it. For others, perhaps all a doctor can do is provide treatment after a patient is injured or ill, or offer various reminders and help to guide them out of their current predicament and illness. However, regarding my own body, it was not healthy, and this was actually quite well-known. I was only sixty-three years old when I left the human world, which is a very young age. When I reached the age of fifty-two, I was diagnosed with leukaemia. That was when my career had reached its peak, and it was when I was doing my most joyful work and performing at my absolute best. From the age of fifty-two to sixty-three, the process of fighting cancer for over ten years—oh, it was truly so painful!

My entire body was manipulated by various advanced medical technologies until I was exhausted. But I was a doctor at the time! I believed in science and medicine; I believed that medicine was the only way to truly treat everyone's illnesses, and the only formal channel. I did not believe in anything else; I did not believe in traditional Chinese medicine, and I certainly did not believe in what people said about adjusting the mind to adjust the body. Of course, this is also an important part, but I thought it was secondary, not the main part.

Now that I am speaking these words in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, my perspective has completely changed. Let me tell you all! I am truly different now from how I was before. Although I have only been in this place for a week, I already know why Namo Amituofo is the Great Physician. I am a doctor myself, and the difference between what the Buddha does and what I did is truly vast! I did not set a good example for the world. If a doctor suffers from a serious illness, it means they were unable to take care of their own body and did not provide confidence to the world. Therefore, this is something I find very regrettable.

However, looking back, the causes of cancer that I speculated were merely superficial medical explanations; I could not truly investigate why I contracted cancer. In my life, I never knew why, nor did I know why I would fall into hell after I died—it was so painful! If it were not for Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su saving me and bringing me to this bright Western Dharma-Nature Land, allowing me to receive the nourishment of the Buddha’s teachings, I think this mystery would truly never have been solved. Sickness is painful, and the world after death is even more painful; this is truly a very sorrowful thing in life.

I actually pushed all the responsibility onto my high stress levels and lack of sleep. The most ridiculous thing is that I thought I was getting less than six hours of sleep a day, and therefore I became ill due to over-fatigue. But look at Practitioner Su, this Buddha who has achieved awakening in the human world. He sleeps less than two hours a day, yet at eighty-three years old, he is still physically strong, full of energy, never stops working, and never feels tired. He can wake up very early in the morning and go to sleep very late at night. Although he does not rest at all during the day, his voice remains full of vitality when he speaks, his work is orderly, his mind is very clear, and he possesses profound wisdom, solving difficult and complicated problems for beings at any time and any place. I think this is what a real doctor should be able to do! A doctor should be able to regulate their own body and mind.

I see Practitioner Su in the human world as the first person who has been able to reach such a state! Practitioner Su says that he sleeps less than two hours a day, yet his physical strength is like that of a thirty-five-year-old. From here, I can see it—oh, it really is true! I can see it so clearly here! People of the world, if you can get to know Practitioner Su and stay by his side, you will know. Practitioner Su is performing Chao Du at every moment, delivering demon crowds and all kinds of beings. Whether it is giving lectures or during the Thrice Yearning Ceremonies, Practitioner Su leads alone at the front with a microphone, chanting loudly; such things are truly extraordinary!

I am currently in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, located at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, which is where Namo Amituofo abides. I can see with my own eyes Practitioner Su's daily schedule here; it is truly packed. The Thrice Yearning Ceremonies are held three days a week. For a ceremony lasting over twelve hours a day, Practitioner Su has never stopped. This is truly breathtaking to me!

Oh, look at me, I have said so much and have not yet talked about my own affairs. I should be honest about my own situation and not avoid it. I am still in shock because I have only been in this Western Dharma-Nature Land for a little over a week, yet I have been watching many magical things unfolding, which makes me feel very joyful. I did not understand before why I, as a doctor, would get cancer and suffer so much. Now, I have finally gradually unravelled this mystery.

Looking back on my life, as a famous doctor in the eyes of the world, I was also a very moral doctor who knew how to care for patients, help everyone resolve difficulties, and answer questions. But my mistake was that I did not understand the true principles of disease, so much of the medical knowledge I taught patients was actually wrong. Oh, misleading others is truly a terrible thing!

Furthermore, because I was an obstetrician and gynaecologist, the most common diseases I treated were probably uterine tumours, uterine cancer, and so on. When these illnesses occurred, regardless of the patient's age, I always strongly encouraged them to eradicate the cancer cells and encouraged them to follow orthodox medical methods for their diseases—that is, all the medical methods emphasised in Western medicine. In these methods, many are actually ways of confronting beings, causing them to generate hatred and deepening that hatred.

The beings I am talking about here are the beings inside people's bodies! I have to explain this here because I have recently learned the term "beings," and I always naturally apply it to the beings within the body. But friends who have not studied the Buddha’s teachings may not understand that our bodies actually contain densely packed spirit realm beings in our internal organs and even every cell. These beings are attached to our bodies; many of them are actually our karmic creditors from our past lives—people we have offended or harmed—and they are now attached to us. Because we have this human body and they are beings from the spirit realm, they can easily attach themselves to us and wait for an opportunity to seek revenge; that is the principle! This is what I mean by beings.

I always encouraged my patients to confront the beings within their bodies. In addition to trying to eradicate the so-called cancer cells, when diseases occurred, it was often necessary to remove the damaged organs, such as removing the uterus, which is a very common surgery. To be honest, such things really should not be done! Because this surgery can awaken more beings on the patient to seek revenge, deepening their original hatred.

Therefore, we doctors, because we do not understand the universal principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, and have not studied the Buddha’s teachings, are naturally ignorant of these things! Naturally, it is very easy to violate the universal principle, and on a large scale, influence many people to do the same thing.

From the perspective of studying the Buddha’s teachings, we should actively help patients resolve conflicts with the beings within their bodies, or meet someone like Practitioner Su who can help you invite these beings out, so that they can find peace of mind and will no longer seek revenge. But I did the exact opposite; everything I encouraged them to do actually only worsened their condition.

However, from a medical perspective, people do not know this and cannot see any problem; they only solve the immediate problem without knowing the root cause they have planted, and even deepen the karmic debts with these beings in this life and the next. These laws of karma and cause and effect are not something I, as a doctor, can bear! This is why I became ill at such a young age, and the illness was not light at all!

To be honest, I am truly ashamed. As a doctor, I thought I knew everything and understood the human body very well. I was also a very learned doctor who thought I knew a lot, not knowing that there is always someone better than you, and there are heavens beyond heavens.

Moreover, we doctors are beings of the human world, and there is too much that we cannot see. In the things we cannot see, we have violated the universal principle. I helped many patients and created karmic debts with the beings on them; this in itself was a huge mistake. The karmic debts between these patients and their karmic creditors were not eliminated but instead became even more serious. And as the one who deepened their resentment, would these beings not seek revenge on me?

If they could not seek revenge on the patient, they would naturally turn their hatred towards me! The number of patients I received every day was huge; after one day, two days, a month, two months, a year, two years, what accumulated on my body were immeasurable and boundless karmic creditors from my patients. How could this body possibly bear it!

Furthermore, because I violated the universal principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, the beings within my own body also began to awaken, seeking revenge on me with great anger, and they also went to the King of Hell to file complaints, so my soul had already fallen into hell to suffer.

What everyone does not know is that this spiritual realm is truly too deep and vast. Therefore, those who are doctors must be cautious. No matter how kind and loving your heart is, and how you wholeheartedly think for the patients and want what is best for them, if you simultaneously worsen their hatred with their karmic creditors, then the revenge of these beings may still affect you!

Now that the truth has been revealed, I am truly very sad, and I know that by doing this, I have affected so many people and spirit realm beings; they are actually suffering more than I am. Many of them suffered because I forced patients to undergo chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and various other treatments, which increased the suffering of these beings, and this suffering was transferred to me, causing me to suffer along with them.

During those ten years of having cancer, it was also for this reason that many beings awakened within me! They always hoped that I would apply various treatments to my own body, just as I had done for other patients. Therefore, my body was truly ravaged by hundreds of illnesses, I underwent many surgeries, and even underwent major surgeries such as lung transplants and bone marrow transplants. During those ten years of illness, I do not even know how many surgeries I had, large and small; in any case, it was very, very painful! The densely packed beings on my body were eroding my body at every moment, and my pain could not be relieved; instead, it became worse and worse.

Until the moment I was dying, the beings rushed towards me to collect their debts. After seeing that scene, I was in great pain and only then did I realise the severity of the situation. But I did not know why such a situation happened; it was perhaps not quite what I had imagined. But it was all too late, and there was no true spiritual friend by my side to tell me what was happening; everyone was just guiding me on what to do based on scientific medical judgment.

Just think, this is truly a great sorrow for our medical profession! If you have ever been to a hospital, and if your sensitivity is sharp enough, you should be able to feel that the magnetic field in a hospital is very different! There are many beings here, and their resentment is quite deep. For us as medical personnel, it is truly not easy, unless you act with a kind heart and good intentions, perhaps you might escape a calamity. But if you have even a little bit of selfishness, a little bit of thinking only for yourself, the situation is truly difficult to face! Throughout my life in medicine, I also upheld the belief of thinking for the patients. So many karmic creditors came knocking, causing many beings within my body to awaken, and I suffered the ravages of illness; in fact, all of this was unfolding within causal conditions. I believe that in my previous life, I must have committed some negative karma to attract so many beings to seek retribution from me. Regardless, today I have such great blessings to have arrived at the Western Land of Dharma Nature, and only three months after leaving the human world, I encountered Practitioner Su who wanted to perform Chao Du for these well-known individuals. Thinking about it, this blessing is truly immense; I am very grateful to the Buddha! Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su’s compassion allow so many of us beings to no longer suffer. This is what a true Great Physician can do—helping people resolve the issues of aging, sickness, and death. I am deeply moved and very grateful in my heart, and I do not know how to express this feeling. But honestly, if it were not for Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su working so diligently to help so many spirit realm beings attain liberation, I think we would still be in pain, without the opportunity to escape the sea of suffering. I witnessed with my own eyes Practitioner Su of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre performing spiritual healing for people here, which truly astonished me! This is genuine high technology and high medicine, yet it seems few of us doctors know about it. So-called spiritual healing exists because Namo Amituofo resides in this world, and Practitioner Su has achieved awakening, enabling them to help people invite out the many, many karmic creditors within their bodies and then send them to the Western Land of Dharma Nature, which is where I am staying now. This world is very special; it is a Buddha-land established by Practitioner Su with the help of Namo Amituofo, just as Namo Amituofo himself established the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. A Buddha-land can be established because the vow power of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to help beings is immense, which is why such a wonderful thing can happen. As a member of the Western Land of Dharma Nature, I am very grateful in my heart, and I know that these things are not easily attained. Spiritual healing is very common at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre! Every day, Practitioner Su can visualize his countless manifestations, or the countless manifestations of Namo Amituofo, entering every cell in the bodies of the fourfold assembly, helping them purify the beings within their cells. If beings who hear the chanting of the Buddha’s name are willing to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, they can joyfully follow the Buddha-light and leave, no longer needing to suffer. What a wonderful thing this is! These beings' blessings are also very great; those who can come to the Buddha-land all have Buddhist affinity. Because they are bathed in Buddha-light, they receive purification, and the resentment in their hearts can be let go. Once the heart is purified, they can naturally follow their own wishes and follow the light to arrive at the Western Land of Dharma Nature. This is truly wonderful! It turns out that everyone has immeasurable and boundless karmic creditors within their bodies, as well as many attached spirits from outside the body, and many, many demon crowds that have entered due to one’s own thoughts and ideas. I can see this clearly here; the demon crowds inside everyone are truly layered, countless and endless! It turns out that this spirit realm is so special and so complex, far exceeding my imagination! All these facts and truths are truly the highest of high technologies, just as Practitioner Su said. It was only after arriving at the Western Land of Dharma Nature that I saw all of this with my own eyes and was able to believe that all of this was happening. Otherwise, from my perspective as a doctor, only believing in medicine and science, I would never have accepted such things, nor would I have believed that everything said was true. Given the arrogant air in my heart, how could I have believed in these inconceivable principles? Haha! But today, the Buddha is so compassionate; not only did he guide me to the Western Land of Dharma Nature, but he also allowed me to see the truth of all these facts and share them with everyone. Now that I am in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, I hope to tell all my doctor friends: true medicine is actually the truth of the universe as described in the Buddha’s teachings. If you are willing to let go of the concepts, ideas, and everything you have learned in your hearts, and are willing to visit the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia in person—this is the place where Namo Amituofo resides—and witness for yourself Practitioner Su inviting spirits and performing spiritual healing, only by seeing it with your own eyes will you be able to truly believe and understand. This matter is truly great and very special. I sincerely advise people in the world to come here and visit; believe that everything said here is true! There are many things in the human world that we cannot understand just by looking at the surface. This spirit realm is infinitely layered and was never meant to be clearly seen by our physical bodies. There are too many beings existing within our bodies. Many of the things we think, do, like, and dislike are also from the feelings of these beings, not our own feelings. This is the reason why people cannot truly be the master. Why do people get sick? It is because people cannot truly be the master; this is a very simple principle, is it not? These principles can only be brought to light at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, allowing people all over the world to know. But currently, the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia is not yet known to the world, so I sincerely advise people in the world, especially all my friends in the medical profession, to let go of their prejudices. Even if you really do not believe it, you can at least try it out! This is a matter with a hundred benefits and no harm, and you do not even have to be forced to swallow a pill. People here are generally not allowed to take medication. Because everyone can see clearly that there are infinitely layered beings existing within the medicine. If it were not for the fact that the Buddha is here now to help us open up space and see the truth of all this, oh my, we would really have no way of knowing that medicine is full of beings. Then wouldn't the hospital be full of beings? You guessed it; that is indeed the case. We doctors are immersed in hospitals; not to mention hospitals, in fact, wherever there are people in this world, or any of the myriad things in heaven and earth, they are actually full of beings. Moreover, a hospital is a place where more beings gather, and it is also a gathering place where the beings within many people’s bodies come to seek retribution from them, which is why people with sensitivity can feel that the magnetic field here is different. I have said quite a lot today. Indeed, I have seen many facts and truths here, and I could not help but want to share them with all my friends in the medical profession. I made mistakes initially just because of ignorance, not knowing that it caused so many beings to suffer, and even caused my own soul to go to hell to suffer retribution after death; even while I was alive, I was ravaged by the demons of illness for so long and so painfully. I hope that people in the world can wake up, let go of their ego-attachment and views, and open their hearts to accept the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way as described in the Buddha’s teachings. Everyone’s life will definitely be very different, because the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way can solve all the difficult and complicated illnesses in the human world. As long as everyone can follow them, there will be no situation of getting sick, and there will be no pain. If you are willing to chant Buddha's name, wholeheartedly chanting 'Namo Amituofo', you can also be free from aging and sickness, your spirit will never die, and you can be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. The greatness of Namo Amituofo lies in the fact that he truly treats all beings as if they were Buddhas. I hope everyone can learn about the Buddha’s teachings sooner, find their original self, and not continue to suffer in these six realms of rebirth. Because the spirit is truly unborn and undying; this is not a joke. I have gone through this three-month journey to hell and have thoroughly understood all of this. Fortunately, my blessings are great; perhaps when I was a doctor, I did have a kind heart and wanted to help others, and I did not commit any major evil deeds; I only made such a big mistake because of ignorance. I sincerely hope that my children and my wife can come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia to talk to me; or at least hurry up and search for 'Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia' online to understand everything here, and also understand the days I am now spending in the Western Land of Dharma Nature. Everyone must believe what I am saying now!
