Seeking the without weariness is the essential attitude that every practitioner must cultivate when walking the path of Buddha’s teachings. It is not merely a temporary interest but a lifelong commitment to truth and liberation.
Worldly laws are inherently limited by the constraints of time and space. They shift and change according to the prevailing culture and the era. In our current age, we observe that education focused on ethics and the spirit is being gradually neglected. As these foundational pillars of society erode, people are losing their connection to the positive, supportive forces that once sustained the human spirit.
Without this internal guidance, we become significantly more vulnerable to the negative influences that affect our body, mind, and spirit. We find ourselves struggling to defend against these pressures, and in the process, we slowly lose sight of our original, true nature. This state of confusion is the natural progression of , where we are swept along by forces we do not fully understand.
Many people live their lives in a state of ignorance, unaware of the deeper causes behind their suffering. Consequently, they often feel helpless, forced to accept the difficulties of life as if they were inevitable. However, those who are fortunate enough to encounter the light of Buddhist education are given a rare opportunity. By accepting these teachings, one can find the guidance necessary to restore the ethical and spiritual dimensions of life.
Through this education, you can begin to understand the complex workings of and the causes and effects that govern our existence. You will learn to align your life with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. This alignment is not a restriction, but a liberation from the chaos of the world.
When you find yourself lost in confusion and are searching for answers to the problems of life, you must adopt an attitude of tireless inquiry. To discuss the Dharma without ever feeling satisfied, and to seek the truth without ever growing weary, is the hallmark of a sincere seeker. The goal of this pursuit is clear: to achieve liberation from the cycle of birth and death, to transcend the three realms of existence, and to ensure that one will never again be reincarnated to suffer in the cycle of rebirth.
As you undergo this process of purification, you must learn to "see through" and "let go" of your attachments. A true practitioner of Faith, Vows, and Practice is one who maintains a sincere heart of faith in Namo Amituofo, engages in fiercely diligent practice, and makes a firm vow to save themselves and the beings within their bodies by guiding them toward rebirth in the .
