In the journey of spiritual cultivation, the concept of speed is not about haste, but about the precision of the present moment. When we speak of speed, we refer to the swiftest possible response of the heart to the call of . To transform quickly means that the moment a thought of delusion arises, you must immediately pivot toward the light of the . This is the essence of true practice: to never allow a moment of confusion to take root in your heart.
You must learn to swiftly transform your perspectives and views so that they align perfectly with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. By doing so, you prevent the accumulation of negative and avoid the creation of further suffering. This is the path to liberation, where you move from a state of self-centredness to one of profound selflessness, and from the illusion of a separate 'self' to the realisation of .
How often do we find ourselves caught in the cycle of procrastination or the trap of linear time? We must learn to let go of the past, stop worrying about the future, and fully inhabit the present. When you are burdened by the concepts of past, present, and future, you must swiftly shift your focus to the only reality that matters: chant all the way.
Every time your mind wanders into delusions or self-obsession, you must immediately redirect that energy back to the Holy Name, 'Namo Amituofo'. This is how you maintain the purity of your practice, ensuring that your heart remains a vessel for the Buddha’s light rather than a playground for wandering thoughts.

The world often pulls us toward the Five Desires, but the practitioner must be vigilant. We must transform our relationship with these worldly attachments:
By transforming these various forms of misconduct into right thoughts, right vows, and right actions, you eventually enter the realm of the Buddha-heart, the Buddha-vow, and Buddha-actions. This is the true path of Hsiang Kuang, the path of Fragrant Light that guides us home to the of Ultimate Bliss.
