The Foundation of Inner Stillness

Stability is the hallmark of a true practitioner. It is a state of being that is calm, settled, and profoundly steady, never drifting into superficiality or agitation. This quality of stability is not something that can be feigned or forced; it is a natural radiance that emanates from the heart of one who has dedicated themselves to the path of .

When a practitioner achieves this level of inner composure, it manifests as a natural dignity. This dignity is not a performance for others to see, but the authentic result of genuine, lived experience. It is the fruit of diligent practice and deep realisation, which cannot be attained in a single day or night. It requires a lifetime of steady, unwavering commitment to the path.

The Freedom of the Awakened Heart

There are those who appear to move through the human world with a sense of ease, as if they are playing a game. This is not a sign of carelessness, but rather the mark of a practitioner who has truly seen through the illusions of this world. Because they have pierced the veil of worldly phenomena, their actions are entirely natural and unfeigned. They do not carry the weight of false pretences.

Within their hearts, they possess a profound stability. They move through life with a graceful, carefree spirit, unburdened by the trivialities that often distract others. Their wisdom and deep meditative concentration are hidden within, quietly supporting their every action. Such individuals are true practitioners, and they are worthy of our deepest respect.

Cultivating Equality and Respect

Because of this, we must learn to treat every person we encounter with absolute equality. We must be vigilant against the influence of our own discriminations, for it is through these mental barriers that we lose our sense of respect for others. When we lose respect, we lose the opportunity to gain great benefits from our interactions with others.

By maintaining a heart of equality, we ensure that our practice remains pure and that we do not create unnecessary obstacles on our journey to the of Ultimate Bliss. Let us cherish this path, remain steady in our devotion, and continue to cultivate the stability that leads to true liberation.
