Within the thick, swirling white mist, there exist infinitely layered multitudes of beings. These beings arrive from every direction, all sharing a singular, profound hope: to receive the salvation of Namo Amituofo and finally leave suffering behind. Whenever these beings enter the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, Namo Amituofo, in His great , will fulfil their deepest wishes. Through the power of , these beings are liberated from their burdens and find the peace they have long sought.
Consider the air that surrounds you. Though it appears transparent, colourless, and tasteless, it is filled with infinitely layered beings. Within the vast expanse of space, there are countless other beings residing in dimensions we cannot perceive. Just as there are innumerable molecules within the air, if you were to observe a beam of sunlight piercing through the darkness, you would see countless particles of dust dancing in the light. In the same way, your own body is a universe unto itself, containing infinitely layered spaces, infinitely layered beings, and infinitely layered cells. All of these exist together, cohabiting within the vessel of your physical form.
Because they are all interconnected, when this body experiences the inevitable cycle of aging, sickness, and death, these internal beings and cells are also affected. They share in the experience of suffering, and they feel the weight of these physical conditions just as you do. These infinitely layered beings and cells are fused with your own existence.
Because they are so intimately bound to you, you must take the lead in your own spiritual journey. You must begin by transforming your own state of being: think well, see well, and do well. You must ensure that your chanting of Namo Amituofo becomes a continuous, flowing stream that never stops. This practice is the key to the purification of your Body-Mind-Spirit.
As you maintain this constant recitation, you are not merely purifying yourself; you are leading the countless cells within your body and the infinite beings in the surrounding space to chant the Buddha’s name in unison. By doing so, you and all those connected to you receive the illumination of the Buddha’s light. This process elevates the quality of your spirit and the spirits of all those you carry within you. Through this, you may all attain rebirth in the human realm, the heavenly realm, or the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
There are still infinitely layered beings connected to us by karmic affinity who are currently suffering in the darkness. They are waiting for those of us who have begun this practice to achieve success. They are looking toward us with hope, longing for the moment we can help them find the light of salvation. Let us not keep them waiting; let us practise with diligence and sincerity.
