Cultivating the
As a practitioner, you must cultivate the Four Immeasurable Minds—, , and Selfless Giving—to expand your mind-capacity. By offering joy to others, you help them leave suffering behind and find the peace they seek. When you embrace the spirit of compassion and the willingness to let go, you purify your heart, which is the essential foundation for reaching and seeing your true nature. Through this, you will come to understand the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, allowing you to walk the righteous path with clarity and purpose.
The Precious Opportunity of Life
Those who are filled with Dharma joy are the ones who will eventually break through delusion and attain . As you listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma, you will find moments of insight. These small awakenings, when accumulated, will lead you to a great, profound understanding. When you finally grasp the essence of the teachings, you will experience a true and lasting joy. Your entire being will feel unobstructed, and when your Body-Mind-Spirit can be unified, you will achieve a state of true freedom and self-mastery.
Every morning when you open your eyes and realise you are still breathing, you should feel a deep sense of joy and gratitude. You are still alive, and you still possess this temporary body, which is a precious vessel for your practice. This is your opportunity to use this temporary body to find the eternal truth.
The Sanctuary of Hsiang Kuang
You are currently at Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, a place where the timing, the environment, and the community are all perfectly aligned for your growth. Namo Amituofo truly abides here, and you have the guidance of your teachers to protect and support you. Furthermore, you have the presence of Practitioner Su, who has realised their true nature. You must learn to let go of your personal habits at any moment. The most important thing you can do is to listen and chant Namo Amituofo with a sincere heart.
The Path of Uninterrupted Buddha-Recitation
You must chant Namo Amituofo continuously, without interruption. Through this, you will achieve the and develop strong meditative concentration. Only with such concentration can you truly walk the Buddha's path and enter the wisdom of the Buddha. When you chant until you are filled with Dharma joy, the Buddha's will manifest in ways that are truly inconceivable. The light of your spirit will suddenly shine forth, and your heart will be illuminated. This is the moment of seeing your true nature and returning to your original source.
