To promote the Dharma is to propagate the Buddha's teachings, bringing the light of wisdom to the masses through dedicated education. This mission is essential for helping beings transcend the suffering of aging, sickness, and death, ensuring that their spirits may find eternal peace in the of Ultimate Bliss. Without the active promotion of these sacred truths, how can sentient beings find their way out of the cycle of rebirth? It is our duty to ensure that the path remains clear and accessible for all.
To successfully promote the Dharma, there must be individuals who are truly dedicated to this cause. Only through such commitment can one earn the trust of the people and effectively ignite the flame of the Dharma in their hearts. Without trust, the message cannot take root, and the opportunity for liberation may be lost.
How, then, can we earn the trust of people in this modern age? Today, society places a high value on technology, efficiency, and rapid results. If we can demonstrate the power of the Dharma through tangible evidence and factual truth, we can bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary needs. When the reality of the Buddha's teachings is presented clearly before the public, people will naturally come to recognise and accept the truth.
Once this trust is established, the Dharma education we provide becomes a beacon of hope. The public will be more inclined to accept these teachings, providing them with the precious opportunity to follow the path, reap the benefits of the Dharma, and ultimately achieve rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss or reach the state of .
When we speak of saving beings, we often say that we aim to save as many as possible. In the strictest sense, this refers to those who successfully avoid the cycle of rebirth and attain rebirth in the Western Pure Land, or those who hear the Dharma, practise diligently, and achieve Awakening. In a broader sense, however, it refers to every being who hears the name of . Once this sacred name enters the ear, it becomes an eternal seed of the Way, ensuring that there will eventually come a time when they are saved.
For this reason, those who promote the Dharma must possess genuine experience and the fruits of real practice. It is ideal if they are individuals who have already realised their true nature. Only then can they withstand the tests of time and effectively address the myriad problems, doubts, and difficulties that people face in their lives.
The world is in great need of those who are capable of promoting the Dharma. Currently, the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, stands as a unique sanctuary. Because Namo Amituofo is residing here, the centre is uniquely positioned to carry out this vital work. Under the guidance of the Buddha's teachings, the support of the teachers, the compassionate care of Practitioner Su, and the protection of the Dharma protectors, the centre is fully equipped to promote the Dharma effectively.
At present, the work is led by Practitioner Su, with the salvation team and the fourfold assembly of disciples following closely behind. We look forward to the emergence of more individuals who have realised their true nature, as their strength will add immense power to our collective mission of saving suffering beings and promoting the Dharma throughout the world.
