If -Mind-Spirit can be harmonious and unified,
then this person will be healthy in body and mind, far from old age and sickness, neither ageing nor falling ill, and the spirit never dies.
The Body-Mind-Spirit is governed by the heart.
If the heart changes, the body and spirit will also change accordingly; if the heart transforms, the body and spirit will also transform accordingly,
this life is one where you can be the master of your own life.
This body is a universe, with countless lives existing within it.
There are spiritual lives, as well as substantial, tangible cells, internal organs, and the four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. All kinds of cellular beings exist within this body.
Observe your and every thought and intention.
People are accustomed to having thoughts and intentions, and within these thoughts and intentions,
they will awaken the relevant cells or spiritual beings,
participating together in the functioning of the body and the reactions to external people, matters, objects, and environments.
If this heart is governed by the true self, and the heart is Good, words are Good, and actions are Good,
and the countless beings within the body are willing to listen to and follow the heart,
then this body will radiate Good intentions, positive energy, and a magnetic field,
and evil hearts, evil words, and evil actions will stay away.
Therefore, one should keep a good heart, do good deeds, speak good words, perform good actions, think Good, speak Good, and act Good.
The priority of transformation is to change personality traits.
Once personality traits are changed, to the point where not even a trace of them remains, will also transform accordingly.
This is because personality traits are formed by accumulated habits over accumulated lifetimes.
And because of these personality traits, many sins are committed, which is karma.
When karma transforms, the external conditions encountered—people, matters, objects, and environments—will also change accordingly.
The key to transforming karma lies in the heart.
Those who are accustomed to seeing the bad, speaking of the bad, thinking poorly, and acting poorly,
once they transform these hearts and actions, entering into seeing the good, speaking of the good, thinking well, and doing well,
this transformation will cause the magnetic field received by the cells and sentient beings with karmic affinity within the body to be different.
From a negative magnetic field, it transforms into positive energy and a positive magnetic field,
and thus the people, matters, objects, and environments attracted will also be different.
This is the principle of the heart transforming; if one can make good use of it, it will help in the progress of one's practice.
The heart has great power and strength; once the true self is recovered, the Ultimate Vow and great power of the true self can be manifested.
If it is a being of karma, and the heart is governed by karma, then the Ultimate Vow and great power cannot arise,
and instead, it will manifest withdrawal, complaints, and even regressive behaviour.
This is not governed by one's own heart; it is clearly known that it is the manifestation of karmic beings.
Practitioners should be adept at observing conditions, observing the changes in people, matters, objects, and environments.
This is the use of sensitive awareness,
and the results observed will help alleviate the suffering of beings, which is a positive change.
Transformation is something that is continuously carried out during practice, until , realising one's true nature, and attaining Buddhahood.
The heart of those who have realised their true nature is unmoved, yet it can give rise to all Dharmas.
In purity and non-action,
any changes made have no "self", no consciousness, purely for the sake of beings.
This power can be seen through Faith, Vows, and Practice.
To encounter this is the great blessing and great fortune of beings.
All should follow, learn, and receive teachings, and you will surely receive great benefits.
