Unobstructed Messages

Amitabha Buddha's discourse:

In Australia, at the place where Namo Amituofo resides—

Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia,

generally speaking, for those who can receive messages of the Buddha’s words,

the purer their heart, the faster and more unobstructed the messages from beings and the Buddha will be;

while for those whose Body-Mind-Spirit are contaminated and not yet purified, the messages from beings and the Buddha will be slow,

or intermittent and difficult to connect with.

Regardless of who it is, those who can receive messages of the Buddha’s words must do so under the Buddha's blessings.

In the process of a practitioner’s practice, step-by-step purification is essential.

The messages received at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre include the Buddha’s words, the teachings of Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and messages from beings in the Western

Dharma-Nature Land and the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.

When the receiver empties their heart, has no personal views or opinions, and is in a situation without interference from beings,

they can receive more complete messages from the Buddha.

This is related to the practitioner’s degree of purification and the extent to which their heart is emptied;

and when in a poor mental state, tired, having emotional afflictions, unable to let go of the heart,

or when drowsy, receiving messages is prone to obstacles, or there may be situations where messages cannot be received or are unclear.

It is advisable to first perform prostrations to purify the Body-Mind-Spirit, and then request the Buddha's blessings to receive messages.

In fact, the Buddha is clearly aware of the hearts of His children; at a single glance, He knows the situations of the children,

and those who often chant Buddha's name have a clear and bright heart, and can often maintain the best state for receiving messages.

Unobstructed message reception is an important matter for the receiver,

and the purification of the Body-Mind-Spirit is even more necessary, because beings fill the space,

and if every thought and intention is evil and not good, it will attract evil and not-good beings in the space to attach to one.

Over time, if one fails to achieve purification, the messages received

will not only fail to be the messages from the Buddha or the Teacher that one originally intended to receive, but may also be

messages received under the control of demon crowds.

This situation is not the norm.

At Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, Practitioner Su is looking after the messages received from the Buddha,

which is a place of peace of mind; if outside the temple, one must be cautious.

Unobstructed message reception relies on one’s own continuous purification, and then more purification, to ensure the messages are clear.
