Teachings by Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju:
In the world, a steadfast will and clear goals are the reasons for success in life.
In practice, a steadfast heart is the heart and action of those who achieve success in their practice.
A steadfast heart is not changed or shaken by the influence of the external environment, people, or things.
Those who can follow the Universal Principles, Truth, and the Right Path have a heart that is steadfast and unmoved.
If one is moved, or deviates from the Universal Principles, Truth, and the Right Path, one will create sins, sow negative causes, reap evil consequences, and suffer.
This is the operation of natural principles; it is not something that can be created by any human or external force.
All Body, Speech, and Mind—that is, actions, words, and thoughts—are recorded in the spirit’s , following like a shadow, without any error.
The principle that "Even after a hundred thousand kalpas, the created does not perish; when Causal Conditions meet, one will reap the consequences oneself" applies here.
Whether this karmic cause has been met with consequences, or whether there is a re-creation of causes? All are recorded in the Alaya .
For those who believe in the Buddha, their steadfast heart is invincible, advancing alongside diligent practice, perseverance, and persistence, especially when encountering numerous tests.
Whether it be external tests from the Buddha, demons, environments, or family members, or tests from , attached spirits, and demon crowds within one’s own body and mind—no matter how they demand, or what unpleasant actions, words, or thoughts they manifest, they will not affect the Buddhist practitioner’s steadfast heart of faith in the Buddha. Those who can do this will achieve success in their Buddhist practice.
Those who wish to overcome and entering into space, please raise your steadfast heart and awareness; you should know that it is illusory and do not take it as real.
Those who take it as real are easily influenced by illusory environments, led by the illusions manifested by karmic creditors, and enter into deep space.
Or, because there are people, matters, or objects in one’s heart that have not been let go, karmic creditors, attached spirits, or demon crowds can take any one of these to induce one’s spirit to enter into space.
At this time, externally, one appears unable to concentrate or is drowsy, but in reality, one has already entered into space.
If one fails to wake up and continues to enter into deep space, the spirit may be detained and unable to escape, causing the physical body to gradually decline until the breath stops and one dies. The spirit will then be unable to escape from space; one must be cautious!
