This is a record of an interview with Wang Yijun, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. She now resides in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This account reflects upon her transition from the spirit realm to the Pure Land. Recorded by the chief writer, Fa Ning, on March 6, 2026.
Wang Yijun speaks:
". My name is Wang Yijun. I have been quite fortunate in my life, but especially today, for I have arrived at the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, this magnificent and beautiful Buddha-land. Under the guidance and leading of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su, I have been so incredibly lucky to reach this place. Witnessing the Pure Land of the Buddha is truly, truly magnificent! Think about it—not long ago, I was still drifting, lost and without a place to call home. Then, in an instant, I arrived here in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. My heart is filled with gratitude, and I keep saying to the Buddha: 'Thank you, Buddha. Thank you, Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su, for your boundless .' It is only because of your mercy that we, as deceased spirits, have the opportunity today to reach the and the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."
A Heart Finally at Peace
"Since arriving here, my heart, which was once so restless and unsettled, has instantly found peace. Looking at the compassionate Namo Amituofo before me, my heart is flooded with a thousand emotions. This is truly the Buddha—He is so different from the statues I saw in the temples back in the human world. Here, the Buddhas of the Western -Nature Land and the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss are constantly working to save sentient beings. Their teachings and lectures are all aimed at helping beings break through delusion and attain as soon as possible. They travel everywhere, planting the in the hearts of every sentient being they encounter, so that one day, these beings might come to know the Buddha and realise that they, too, can be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."
A Mother’s Gratitude to Her Son
"My dear child, Jianping, Mother is so grateful to you! Today, I have encountered the Buddha, and I am filled with a that is beyond words. Can you feel it? You must be happy for me! And to everyone else, please be happy for me as well. I have been blessed with such good karmic fortune to have a child as wonderful as you, and to have the care and of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su."
The Path of True Compassion
"Upon arriving in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, my energy feels even more vibrant and full. It was already wonderful in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, but here, it is even more so! This life of purity, stability, and joy will be my daily reality here in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss from now on. After experiencing all that I have, to have had the chance to encounter the Buddha and to receive the gift of Chao Du and rebirth—it is truly, truly rare and precious!"
"My dear child, beyond helping your mother achieve rebirth, do not forget to help more sentient beings—both those with and those without—so they might have the same opportunity to encounter the Buddha as I have. It is actually quite simple. You only need to keep the Buddha-name on your lips and in your heart constantly. By doing so, you can save many, many beings around you—both those you can see and those you cannot. At this moment, I can see clearly all the beings attached to you, and I want to remind you: true compassion is not just saving oneself, but saving others as well. Chanting the Buddha-name is the act of offering this sacred name to all the beings connected to you, both inside and outside your body."
A Final Message of Encouragement
"Seeing you now, I am so comforted. Just keep walking this path, and your life will not have been in vain. Otherwise, well, you are not getting any younger, are you? It is best to start practising the Dharma early; otherwise, it is truly difficult to tame one's habits. That is the honest truth, isn't it?"
"Well, Mother will stop here for now. Thank you for your companionship. Today, I shall begin my life here in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. We shall meet again when the conditions are right!"
