Words of Namo Amituofo:

My children, wherever you go, please remember to carry the Buddha-name with you. By chanting Namo Amituofo in every moment and every place, you nurture the seeds of within your heart. This practice allows you to establish a profound affinity with all the sentient beings you encounter. Furthermore, when you chant with a sincere heart, you open the very fabric of space, allowing those beings trapped within these dimensions to be saved and to receive the of .

The Indestructible Seed of

The sacred name of Namo Amituofo is a treasure beyond measure. Once it enters the ear, it becomes an eternal seed of the Way, a that will never decay or be destroyed by the passage of time. No matter how many lifetimes may pass, this seed remains within the of a being. When the spiritual foundations are fully matured, and the conditions are right, this seed will be nourished. Through the guidance of the teachings, this seed will grow, offering the being the precious opportunity to chant, be saved, and eventually be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

Navigating the Final Transition

For human beings, the moment of death is the most critical juncture. If one can chant Namo Amituofo at the end of life, with a sincere vow to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, the path to liberation is clear. It is essential to maintain a mind that is focused and undisturbed, ensuring that your heart does not fall into confusion. You must not be swayed or distracted by the various illusory visions that may appear when your manifest at the time of your passing. If you can chant even one or ten times with absolute sincerity and focused concentration, you will feel the presence of Namo Amituofo, who will come to lead you to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

The Peril of the Six Realms

However, if you are overwhelmed by the intense pain of the elements separate at the time of death, your spirit may become scattered, or you may fall into a state of coma or confusion. If you are unable to chant the Buddha-name, or if your focus is too weak to maintain a sincere heart, the Western Pure Land will seem very far away indeed. In such a state, if a spirit enters the illusory realms created by their karmic creditors during the intermediate state, they may be led astray. They might follow these manifestations of past acquaintances and fall into the ghost realm, become a wandering spirit trapped in space, or be brought before the King of Hell for judgment. From there, they may be sent to the hells to suffer, cast into the hungry ghost realm, or be reincarnated into the human world or the animal realm. Even if one is born into the heavens to enjoy temporary blessings, once those blessings are exhausted, one will inevitably fall back into the cycle of six realms of rebirth.

A Precious Opportunity for Liberation

This is the crucial moment that determines whether one will be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss or continue to drift through the six realms of rebirth. Human life is incredibly precious. It is difficult to obtain a human body, difficult to hear the Buddha’s teachings, and difficult to encounter the Pure Land path. Do not forget to chant the Buddha-name; wherever you go, let the chanting continue. The Buddha-name has the power to open space itself. If a practitioner’s vow is to save the sentient beings trapped in these spaces, they can rely on the majestic power and merit of the Buddha-name to open these dimensions, allowing the spirits to receive Chao Du and find liberation.

Purifying , Heart, and Spirit

Please, wherever you go, let the chanting of Namo Amituofo be your constant companion. When the Buddha-name resonates, the Buddha-light shines, effectively Purifying the body, heart, and spirit. All the sentient beings in your surroundings will also receive these benefits, finding their own path to purification. Namo Amituofo.
