The Crossroads of Existence
Are you drifting aimlessly with the currents of the world, or are you actively seeking your own liberation? The six realms of existence and the four holy states are all potential destinations, determined by your karmic affinities. You must strive to break through the barriers of ignorance. Your ultimate goal is to become a Buddha or a Sage. The of Ultimate Bliss patiently awaits those connected by karmic affinity.
The Preciousness of the Human Body
Right now, you possess a pure human body. This is a rare opportunity to attain the state of an awakened being and become the master of your own destiny. You must seize this moment. Do not wait until you have lost this human body to feel the sting of regret. Once this vessel is gone, the path to liberation becomes infinitely more difficult to traverse.
Escaping the Cycle of Rebirth
We have all been reincarnated through the six realms of existence countless times. Consider these paths: celestial beings enjoying fleeting pleasures; the human world receiving retribution; asuras consumed by anger; animals subjected to slaughter; the ghost realm wandering in a lightless void; and the hells experiencing unbearable suffering. Why choose to return to such states? Do not let yourself be reincarnated again. If you were to encounter the Buddha once more, it would mean you have already endured immeasurable suffering.
Living in the World, Heart in the West
Now that you have this human body, you can transform your retribution. Follow the Buddha, chant Namo Amituofo to save the world. Though your body remains in this world, let your heart already dwell in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. By living in this way, you will ensure that you have not lived this life in vain.
