Teachings from Namo Amituofo:
Buddhist education teaches us that all dharmas are mind-only. Everything we experience in this life arises from the heart, exists because of the heart, and manifests through the heart. If you have not yet reached the state of being an awakened being, where your mind is perfectly still and clear, you must continue to work on your heart. When you are not yet able to see the truth of all things with absolute clarity, and when you cannot yet fully align your every action with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, it is essential that you put in the work to cultivate your inner state.
The Daily Nourishment of the Heart
Your daily practice is the foundation upon which your spiritual life is built. It is the vital nourishment that allows your heart to grow strong and resilient. Through these consistent efforts, you cultivate the necessary for your journey:

When you engage in service to the community, you must do so with sincerity and a sense of responsibility. Whether you are performing your daily duties or helping others, you should strive to do your best without attachment. To serve with a selfless heart is the natural way for a practitioner to act. Furthermore, the way you manage your internal affairs is a direct reflection of your inner state. Keeping your environment neat, simple, and orderly is a clear sign of your ongoing purification. It shows that you are bringing the order of the Dharma into your physical life.
The Straightforward Advance to Buddhahood
You must have faith without doubt, understand without confusion, and walk the Buddha's path with a straightforward advance. Everything you do must be grounded in reality; you must put in the work within your own heart to eventually realise it and achieve the state of an awakened being. As the teaching says, we must "give rise to all and achieve the fruit of ." Throughout this process, you will inevitably face tests and challenges.
