Forever Free from All Suffering and Difficulties

Teachings from Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju:

The phrase, "Forever Free from All Suffering and Difficulties," perfectly describes the magnificent dignity of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. In that sacred realm, there is not even the slightest trace of suffering or hardship. The holy assembly residing there can focus their minds entirely on their practice, dwelling within a pure land of ease, joy, and clarity.

The Magnificence of the Western Pure Land

In such a pure and virtuous environment, one’s spiritual progress is guaranteed to grow. By immersing oneself in this environment, one can elevate the quality of one's spirit, ensuring that one is forever free from all suffering and difficulties. This state of being is exactly what all beings in this worldly realm yearn for with their whole hearts.

The Reality of the Worldly Realm

In contrast, our current worldly realm is a place of defilement and suffering. Beings trapped within the six realms of rebirth are constantly subjected to the pressures of impermanence. We are perpetually tormented by the cycle of aging, sickness, and death, making it nearly impossible for the heart to find true peace. This world is like a burning house, and beings are deeply mired in various disasters and calamities. At this critical juncture, it is more important than ever that the Pure Land Dharma Gate is integrated into the hearts of all beings.

The Compassionate Vows of Namo Amituofo

Many beings may not yet understand the existence of Namo Amituofo or the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. It is my sincere hope that all beings can come to understand the following:

• The Forty-eight Great Vows of Namo Amituofo, which serve as the foundation for our salvation.
• The magnificent dignity of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, a place designed for our ultimate liberation.
• The power of the Pure Land Dharma Gate, which provides the only true path to escape the cycle of rebirth.

By understanding these truths, one can generate the magnificent vow to chant Namo Amituofo and seek rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is the only way to secure the opportunity for true liberation from the sufferings of samsara.

A Sanctuary for Spiritual Awakening

At this very moment, Namo Amituofo is residing here at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. This is a rare and precious opportunity for all beings to escape the six realms of rebirth. I urge all human beings and diligent practitioners to come to this place to listen to the scriptures and the Dharma. By accepting the teachings of Namo Amituofo and practising Buddha-recitation with diligence, you can achieve rapid success in your practice. This is your chance to realise your true nature and attain Buddhahood, leading a life where you will not grow old, not get sick, and the spirit does not die, ultimately achieving rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
