Great Compassion in Action, Saving All Beings; Hoping for the Restoration of Buddhist Affinity in the Divine Land
My dear children, I ask you today: are you truly willing to open the deepest chambers of your hearts? Are you prepared to engage in a profound, heart-to-heart exchange with and with me, your teacher? This is not a request for a superficial connection, but an invitation to a deep, spiritual communion that transcends the ordinary.
To achieve this, you must first learn to let go of your ego. You must approach this practice with a heart of purification and . Only when you have emptied yourself of the heavy burdens of can you truly receive the messages, the guidance, and the subtle, heart-to-heart pointers that Namo Amituofo and I wish to transmit to you.
Many of you carry heavy baggage that prevents you from hearing the Buddha’s voice. To progress, you must consciously release the following:
Like the Buddha, you must cultivate a heart that is entirely selfless and sincere. Only with such a heart can you successfully receive the messages from Namo Amituofo and from me.
Please, I urge you to have faith in the Buddha. You must believe in the Buddha with one hundred per cent of your being; there cannot be even the slightest trace of doubt. Doubt is a form of spiritual pollution. When you harbour doubt towards the Buddha, your heart is already contaminated and stained. How, then, can you expect to engage in a pure, heart-to-heart exchange with Namo Amituofo or with me?
You must approach this connection with a heart of utmost sincerity and earnestness. Only when your heart is perfectly aligned in this way can the Buddha’s words and my own earnest exhortations penetrate your heart and take root.
Heart-to-heart communication and the exchange of wisdom are not restricted by time, location, or occasion. This connection is available to you at every moment if you are prepared to receive it. To maintain this state, you must practise the following:
This state of constant mindfulness is the primary requirement for purification and the maintenance of a pure heart.
If you have already reached a stage where you can receive messages from Namo Amituofo and from me, you must be extremely vigilant. If you allow yourself to become entangled in romantic emotional exchanges or if you succumb to anger and other defilements, these are forms of pollution, not purification. Such attachments will make it difficult for you to receive deeper, more profound messages from the Buddha and from me. Your ability to receive these signals will either stagnate or regress.
For those of you who have not yet reached the stage of receiving these messages, you must be even more careful. If you allow emotional entanglements or anger to take hold, you are inviting pollution into your heart. This will make it very difficult, if not impossible, to receive the guidance of the Buddha and your teacher. All of you must be constantly vigilant and encourage yourselves to remain on the right path.
At the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, the opportunity to engage in heart-to-heart communication with Namo Amituofo and with me is always present. We are waiting, at all times and in all places, for you to open your hearts and receive this guidance.
