The Heavy Burden of Grievances
Namo Amituofo asks: what is it that you truly keep in your heart? When others act in ways that cause you displeasure or anger, you may feel deeply wronged. At that very moment, you have already suffered an injury. However, if you choose to hold onto that grievance, you allow the wound to fester. By ruminating on the past, you inflict a second injury upon yourself. If this resentment grows into a desire for retaliation or a cycle of seeking justice, you suffer a third injury. This cycle creates significant obstacles to your spiritual growth and your practice. One must ask: is this truly worth the cost to your soul?
You must learn to let go of the past. Even if others have harmed you, have you not, in your own past lives, caused harm to countless sentient beings? It is time to release these burdens.
The Final Opportunity for Rebirth
You must keep this truth firmly in your heart: this life is your final life. You are here to return to the of Ultimate Bliss and end the cycle of being reincarnated within the six realms of existence. Therefore, do not allow yourself to continue creating or committing transgressions. Instead, you must actively change your ways, advance your practice, and cultivate your skills in chanting Buddha's name. This is the path for a Pure Land student to achieve rebirth in the Western Pure Land. Through this, you will become an awakened being, capable of freely travelling to and from the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The of Namo Amituofo
Namo Amituofo established the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss specifically to save sentient beings with karmic affinity who chant Buddha's name. This path ensures that the spirits of these beings are no longer without support. They no longer need to wander aimlessly through the six realms of existence, for they have found a way to be saved. Yet, despite this, many beings lose their chance for rebirth in the Western Pure Land through repeated cycles of reincarnation.
My disciples, you have now encountered Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su. This meeting has ignited the hope for your rebirth in the Western Pure Land. You must cherish and grasp this life, for it is a rare and precious opportunity. Do not let it slip away again.
The Path to
You must keep the teachings of Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su deeply in your heart. Every word and every sentence is designed to help you advance in your practice and reach the state of an awakened being. If you have faith and act upon these teachings, you will surely receive great benefits. In every moment, continue chanting Buddha's name, practise with diligence, and work to change your personality traits; only then is it possible to realise your true self. Always keep Namo Amituofo in your heart and never forget Him.
Self-Reflection and Protection
If there are past causes, the demon crowds may find an opening to disturb you, attempting to cast spells to attack , causing you to feel drowsy, or leading you into different spaces and various difficult situations. You must engage in deep self-reflection. You must save yourself so that the Buddha can save you; you must help yourself so that the Buddha can help you. When you know your faults and change your ways, Namo Amituofo can truly protect you. If you have committed transgressions or harmed yourself or others in the past, be cautious and do not repeat them.
This spirit is unique and singular; therefore, you must protect it well. Through diligent practice, you will be able to achieve the purification of your Body-Mind-Spirit. In the growth of your spirituality, you will eventually rediscover your true self.
