Rectifying Body and Mind
Interview with Dr. Helmut Sohmen (Former Chairman of BW Group)
When you are lost in the dust of the world, and when you are lost in the currents of your own , it becomes difficult to see clearly. Within this worldly dust, the people of this world struggle to find the light of truth. Throughout many lifetimes, if you remain lost in this confusion, how can you properly cultivate your true nature? How can you nourish your spirit in such a murky world? You must seek the Truth and the Light. You must reflect deeply on what is truly right.
The chaos of the world stems from people insisting on their own views. They create their own disorder, and everyone has their own argument. It is hard to find clarity when you are trapped in your own , your own attitudes, and the problems you create for yourself. The chaos is not truly about the people themselves; it is the dust of the world that clouds the mind. It makes it difficult to maintain a steady, upright heart. When the heart is dark and confused, you must return to an upright view.
You must purify your own mind. In that state of purity, you will know what you truly need to know. You will understand the meaning of your existence and the path you must follow. By letting go of your attachments and the noise of the world, you allow your original nature to shine through once more. .
