Among all the various paths within the Buddha’s teachings, the Gate stands as a unique two-power method. It is a path where your own diligent practice, guided by your sincere vows, is perfectly complemented by the infinite, compassionate power of Namo Amituofo. For those who practise according to the Dharma—those who truly chant the Buddha’s name and sincerely vow to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss—you will find yourself under the protective care and of all the Buddhas of the ten directions.
The Magnificence of the Pure Land Dharma Gate
The practice of chanting the Buddha’s name is widely embraced by practitioners from all walks of life. Even those who primarily focus on other methods often find themselves naturally turning to the name of Namo Amituofo. Throughout history, countless ancestral masters and venerable masters who were deeply accomplished in other traditions eventually turned their focus entirely to the Pure Land Dharma Gate.
