The Crossroads of Peril and Promise

Teachings from Namo Amituofo: A crisis is defined as a state of being trapped within a perilous situation, while a turning point is defined as an opportunity for transformation. When people find themselves caught in the midst of a crisis, they naturally yearn for a turning point to appear, hoping to escape their predicament. However, when one is fortunate enough to encounter a turning point, it is vital to act with wisdom. A wise person is one who actively seizes the present moment, embraces the opportunity for change, and ensures that they do not allow the perilous situation to manifest again.

The Unseen Currents of Karmic Law

For all beings bound by , both crises and turning points are merely events that unfold within the cycle of karma. People often remain unaware and unclear about this reality, drifting along with the currents of their past actions. Regardless of the efforts one makes or the results one achieves, everything remains a part of the laws of karma and cause and effect. Whether one truly achieves a lasting transformation or not, the entire process continues to operate within the framework of and the causes and effects. We often spend our entire lives in a state of busyness, navigating through a complex web of emotions and mental states, all while being driven by our karma.

The Vow as a Guiding Light

For those engaged in spiritual practice, encountering a crisis that leads to a perilous situation is a call to action. You must have faith in Namo Amituofo and enter into the true practice of the power of vows. When your vow is greater than your karma, you can use that vow as a guiding light. By doing so, you can overcome the manifestation of karma, successfully navigate through the crisis, and find the opportunity to transform your karma. When you face a turning point, it is the precise moment to break free from the control of your karma. You must be courageous in facing it and diligent in seizing it, ensuring that you do not allow yourself to fall back into a state of crisis.

The Compassionate Embrace of Buddha's

Karma is vast; it can be heavier than Mount Sumeru and deeper than the great ocean. Whether a practitioner encounters a crisis or a turning point, it is difficult to resist the force of karma through one's own strength alone before one has successfully transformed it. Therefore, one must rely on the Buddha's blessings. This is the very reason why the Two-Power Method of the school is so effective and easy to achieve in this age of the ’s decline. By combining our own sincere practice with the infinite power of Namo Amituofo, we find a path that is both reliable and profound.

A Call to the Fourfold Assembly to Awaken

At this time, the fourfold assembly of disciples who are practising in the Buddha-land must cherish this precious human body. Through diligent practice, you must strive to transform every crisis into a turning point. Even if you should fall to the very bottom of the valley and find yourself trapped in a crisis, you must awaken, summon your own strength to climb upward, and seek the opportunity to receive the Buddha's blessings. By doing so, you will enter into a turning point that allows you to leave the depths of the valley behind forever. Namo Amituofo.
