The Lesson Within Suffering
After you have endured suffering, you must take the lesson to heart. Do not let the pain be in vain. To avoid repeating these mistakes and suffering once more, you must begin by ensuring you do not plant any more negative causes. The causes were planted in your past lives. Now, in this life, the conditions have matured, and the bitter fruit of suffering has manifested. This is the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, which encompasses the laws of and cause and effect.
If you find yourself in a difficult relationship or a conflict, understand that this is the result of negative causes sown in your past lives. Now that the karma has manifested, you should accept it and use this opportunity to resolve those old debts. By following the path of the , you can let go of these past burdens.
The Precious Connection at Hsiang Kuang
Consider how the fourfold assembly of disciples has been brought together here at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre. You should feel deep gratitude for the work of Practitioner Su, who has travelled to many places and worked in various environments. After you have experienced suffering, your faith in the Dharma you have heard will naturally deepen. This is the moment when you can begin to resolve your suffering and leave it behind. This opportunity is not something everyone can easily obtain. It is a rare and precious spiritual connection that only those with deep roots can encounter. This affinity did not just begin today; it was cultivated over many past lives. Now, you have finally returned to the right path.
You must gather this strength and use it to help more suffering beings find salvation. By developing , and wholeheartedly chanting the name of Namo Amituofo, you will find peace in your daily life. When the time comes for you to depart this world, your wish to be reborn in the Western Pure Land will be fulfilled. This is the only true path to liberation and the ultimate attainment of Buddhahood.
