We often wander through the six realms of existence, drifting between this world and others, traversing the vastness of the Dharma Realm and the infinite reaches of the universe. These are the places where your spirit has chosen to reincarnate, taking on new forms time and time again.

The Cycle of Rebirth and Suffering

In every past life, you have used the actions of your physical body and the state of your spirit—whether clouded or pure—to determine your destination in the next life. You have paid a heavy price for these journeys, yet you have not always found the rest and tranquility your heart truly seeks. We often live in a state of confusion, mistaking this murky existence for a life well-lived, never realising that we are merely drifting in a sea of ignorance.

The True Nature of Our Relationships

My children, you must understand that the family members you hold dear today are the same beings with whom you have shared lives, karmic connections, and shared tasks in the past. They have simply been transformed, changing their roles and faces to meet you once more. Your interactions are defined by the cycle of:

• Seeking balance: Resolving debts owed to karmic creditors.
• Repaying kindness: Honouring those who have helped you in previous lives.
• Resolving grievances: Letting go of the bitterness of past conflicts.

This is the dance of life, where we meet again and again to settle the accounts of the past.

The Diamond Within the Heart

Do you know that since time immemorial, regardless of which realm you inhabit, which level of space you occupy, or whether you possess a physical body or not, there is a priceless diamond within your spirit? This diamond has always been with you; it has never disappeared. It is only hidden beneath the dust of the heart, its light obscured by the layers of our own attachments.

It is waiting for the moment when you, the master of your spirit, finally realise this truth. When you possess a physical body, you have the unique opportunity to seek this diamond.
