This interview features a female demon who was part of the demon crowds responsible for the pandemic, specifically one driven by intense hatred for men who indulge in adultery. She sought Chao Du at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia. She now reflects upon her transformation and her path to liberation. The Lust-Demon speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. There is an overwhelming scent of adultery in this world, and for the longest time, we have been following that very scent. Today, we arrived at this location and discovered that it is a sacred site of the Buddha’s gate. We were truly astonished; we could hardly imagine that such a place could exist in this world. The pure energy here is beyond anything we have ever encountered.

The Discovery of Practitioner Su

Upon arriving, we orbited the centre to observe it. Eventually, we discovered the one everyone refers to as Practitioner Su. We were curious to see exactly how much skill this Practitioner Su possessed, so we drew closer to his body, intending to investigate the truth for ourselves. We never expected that Practitioner Su would be a person of such genuine capability. Not only does he possess boundless energy within his body, but he also wields incredibly profound skills.

We all witnessed a magnificent golden light radiating from Practitioner Su. This golden light was not blinding in the slightest; on the contrary, it was remarkably gentle and soothing. As we pressed ourselves against Practitioner Su, we could feel his compassion and his immense power. It seems that we have begun to change; our hearts feel as though they have been fundamentally transformed.

A History of Vengeance

In our past, we were female demons who harboured a deep, burning hatred for all men in the world. This was because we had all been wounded so deeply in our previous lives. We grew to despise every man who indulged in adultery. Consequently, after we died, we entered the Demon Realm. Our singular, unwavering goal was to exact revenge upon every man in the world who was addicted to adultery. We wanted to ensure that these men, lost in their obsession with adultery, would meet their end.

Therefore, when this pandemic broke out, we all joined in the chaos. However, we were very specific in our targets; we focused exclusively on those men who were obsessed with adultery. We would track these men down, infect them with the virus, and then rapidly strip them of their lives. This was our method, our way of delivering our twisted form of justice.

The Path to Liberation

Since arriving here, we have finally felt the true power of the Buddha’s teachings, and we have finally awakened from our delusion. Our hatred was once so profound, so deep-seated, yet it has begun to fade away. It was the power of Practitioner Su’s Chao Du that drew us to this place. This journey has been worth more than words can express!

I have been a female demon for over three thousand years. Now, at long last, I have finally been able to attain liberation. My heart is now incredibly peaceful, and I am deeply grateful for the assistance of Practitioner Su. Namo Amituofo."
