is an expression of profound . It is the practitioner's response to the suffering of beings who have lost their physical forms. By invoking the power of merit and the majestic power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, we guide these spirits toward liberation, helping them leave suffering behind and find a place of peace.

The Two Paths of Deliverance

There are two primary methods for performing this sacred work: assembly Chao Du and visualization Chao Du.

In a Dharma assembly, the ritual structure is paramount. The virtue and the power of merit of the one who leads the ceremony are crucial. They determine whether the assembly can effectively assist the deceased in leaving suffering behind and achieving rebirth in the of Ultimate Bliss.

The Power of Meditative Concentration

Visualization involves using the power of thought to focus on a specific object or spirit. Whether you are visualizing a deceased soul or a specific location, the goal is to guide them to a place of peace. If the practitioner possesses strong meditative concentration, they will not be swayed by the energy of the one they are visualizing.

They can maintain a focused mental note, guiding the spirit directly into the Buddha-light of Namo Amituofo. As your mental note becomes more concentrated, your thought power grows stronger, and the depth and breadth of your visualization will increase accordingly.

The Heart of the Practitioner

Whether you are performing a formal Dharma assembly or a private visualization, the most important element is the heart of the practitioner. Your heart must be selfless, compassionate, and pure. You must have only one wish: that the beings you are helping can leave suffering behind and, while hearing the Buddha's name chanting, enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This purity of heart is the foundation of all successful practice.

The Sacred Sanctuary of Hsiang Kuang

At Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, where Namo Amituofo truly abides in the human world, the presence of the Buddha is a profound guarantee. When Namo Amituofo leads the ceremony or stands by to receive beings, it provides the greatest assurance for those being visualized or delivered.

Beings can follow the sound of the Buddha's name chanting, enter the golden light, and receive the opportunity to be led to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Even those whose good roots, , and Causal Conditions are not yet fully mature can still enter the human or heavenly realms of goodness. Namo Amituofo.
