When the world around you is in flux, your internal state should remain as stable as a mountain, anchored by the warmth of joy and the depth of your appreciation for the .

Because of this, their hearts are easily swayed by external circumstances, leading to constant fluctuations in their mood and energy. When the heart is unstable, it becomes difficult to cultivate the genuine joy and gratitude that are necessary for spiritual growth.
You must be particularly vigilant against the arising of anger. Anger is a destructive force that does more than just disturb your peace; it acts as a fire that consumes the entire forest of your accumulated merit. Furthermore, it acts as a veil, covering your joyful heart and your heart of gratitude, causing you to drift further and further away from your true self. This is a critical warning for anyone who truly desires to find their way home to their original nature.
People are naturally drawn to those who maintain a joyful heart and a heart of gratitude. When you embody these qualities, you create a positive environment that allows others to be nurtured and inspired, helping them to cultivate their own joy and gratitude. Conversely, people instinctively distance themselves from those who are filled with anger or dissatisfaction. Such negative energy does not only affect the individual; it ripples outward, impacting the hearts of everyone nearby.
When you allow yourself to fall into negativity, you generate a negative energy that leads to the creation of through your Body, Speech, and Mind:
