During the third session of the held on June 6, 2025, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju provided the following guidance:
For those who practise with true faith in the Buddha, their actions carry profound power. This is because they rely upon the Universal Buddha, Namo Amituofo, who pervades the entire Realm. Those who possess such faith will surely reap immense benefits. I urge you all: do not hesitate. When you have faith in the Buddha, you must also have faith in yourself. The path of the relies on two essential powers working in harmony:
This synergy is truly magnificent and extraordinary. Do not forget to chant Namo Amituofo continuously, 24/7. Through this constant recitation, the Buddha’s power will manifest within your practice, guiding you forward.
Your confidence in yourself is born from the dedication and focus you have applied to your practice over time. To truly advance, you must be willing to let go of your personal ego, habits, and selfishness. You must cultivate humility and modesty, while remaining fiercely diligent in your efforts. When you act with such power, you are effectively achieving success for yourself. When you reach a state of true spiritual achievement, that is the moment you are truly saving yourself. From that point on, the natural abilities that emerge from your practice will allow you to follow Namo Amituofo in saving and rescuing countless suffering beings.
If you have confidence in yourself, you must be even more resolute in your faith in the Buddha. You should take the Buddha-heart of Namo Amituofo as your own, ensuring that you do not abandon a single being. Let the Forty-eight Great Vows of the Buddha and the Buddha’s own actions of saving infinite suffering beings be the standard by which you live your life.
You must be cautious and diligent in upholding the . Be ever-watchful, for it is often in moments of carelessness that arrogance and doubt arise. You must work to change your personality traits and habits. Do not allow your ego, arrogance, or suspicious thoughts to manifest, as these are the primary obstacles to your practice. Therefore, you must always maintain your awareness, reflecting upon yourself and correcting your mistakes as soon as they arise.
You must work to spread the six-character name of Namo Amituofo far and wide, for this is how you act with power. The holy name of Namo Amituofo is a . Once it enters the ear of a sentient being, it becomes a permanent seed of the path. You should transmit this name to every corner of the Earth and throughout the vastness of the Dharma Realm. Every being in every place is a being that Namo Amituofo can connect with, and every being is a candidate for salvation.
The Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, is a place where Namo Amituofo truly abides. Whether they are beings of the six paths, including those in the human world or spirits from the spiritual realms, all are objects of the Buddha’s salvation. The reach of Namo Amituofo is not limited to the Earth or this worldly realm; it extends to all spirits throughout the entire Dharma Realm.
All beings who come into contact with this connection have the opportunity to receive . They will often come to the temple of their own accord, seeking Spiritual Deliverance. This is an extraordinary event that is incredibly difficult to encounter in millions of years. Therefore, the fourfold assembly of disciples at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre must act with strength and purpose in this mission.
