When you chant Namo Amituofo with a focused heart, you naturally forget the burdens of suffering. You will eventually forget that you ever came from a place of pain. Chanting Namo Amituofo is always beneficial, for it is the path to liberation. As a student of the Buddha, you must practise in all your actions. When you encounter challenging situations, use your focus to transform them. In this way, everything before your eyes will become peaceful and balanced.
