The Heart as the Source

To 'see the good' is to maintain a positive and pure state of mind. When the heart transforms, your thoughts follow in kind. If your heart is good, your thoughts will naturally be good. Conversely, if your heart is corrupted, your thoughts will only bring harm to others. You must understand that everything begins within the heart.

The Daily Practice of Purification

You must engage in good practice every single day. Listen to the sutras and hear the so that these truths may enter your heart. This is the path to the purification of , mind, and spirit, washing away the stains of past . Once these stains are removed, the darkness of ignorance will transform into the light of wisdom.

When is the best time to practise? When you 'see the good' and maintain a good heart, every moment becomes the best time. Seeing the good is the key to saving yourself. Speak good words and perform good deeds. Do not waste this precious time. When the time is good, practise goodness and maintain a peaceful heart. With a good heart and good thoughts, you are aligned with the Truth. Seeing the good ensures that every moment is a moment of virtue. A good and virtuous heart can transform everything, bringing benefit to both the living and the spirits.
