My children, encountering a Buddha is rare, truly rare! It requires the accumulation of immeasurable blessings and merit over countless lifetimes. Only under the most magnificent conditions of Dharma affinity does one have the rare opportunity to meet a Buddha and hear the Buddha's words. This is because a Buddha has attained complete and perfect Awakening, and understands and has thoroughly mastered all the problems that beings face. Those who are willing to follow the Buddha can receive selfless assistance, as the Buddha helps them resolve their deepest struggles.

The Compassionate Guidance of Namo Amituofo

The most important aspect of this guidance is that it is tailored to the specific capacity and potential of each being. The Buddha provides instruction on where we are falling short and how we can improve. By doing so, the Buddha helps us leave impurity behind and attain purity. This process continues until we rediscover our true self and, like the Buddha, attain Buddhahood. For those of us who follow the Pure Land path, Namo Amituofo offers the Forty-eight Great Vows and the practice of chanting the Buddha's name to help us fulfil our vow to be reborn in the West.

If you enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, you will finally leave suffering behind and gain true happiness. In that realm, you will be able to practise with the support of Infinite Life and Infinite Light, allowing you to fully rediscover your true self and attain Buddhahood. This is the true meaning of the Pure Land path, where one can be reborn while still carrying the weight of past karma.

Among all beings, regardless of the time or space in which they reside, there are so many who are connected to us by karmic affinity from our past lives. They are currently suffering and are in urgent need of being saved. Because of this, as you engage in your practice today, you must remain steadfast. No matter what kind of tests you encounter—whether you feel drowsy, experience the sensation of entering other spaces, or face other challenges—please raise your spirits!

Practitioner Su has constantly reminded all of you, and the Buddha's teachers have also told everyone, about the causes of these problems and the methods to resolve them. You must not only know these teachings but also put them into practice. Only then will you see results, achieve a breakthrough, and elevate your practice to a higher level.
