The Fleeting Nature of Existence

The joys and sorrows of life, the coming together and the drifting apart of souls—all of these are simply manifestations of impermanence. When we part ways in this life, we must ask ourselves: when will there be another opportunity to meet again? Depending on the Causal Conditions of our , we may find ourselves trapped in the cycle of aging, sickness, and death, or perhaps reincarnated into the Three Evil Realms. In such states, the chance to regain a human body becomes exceedingly rare. Alternatively, due to the influence of our individual personalities and our stubborn ego-attachment, we may drift further apart, losing the connection that once brought us together.

Everything in this world proceeds according to Causal Conditions, and everything unfolds within the constant changes of the world. Only by reclaiming your true self-nature can you stop being bound by this impermanence. When you allow your true self-nature to take charge, you gain the ability to face these constant changes, to break through the obstacles that arise, and to continue moving forward on the path to liberation.

The Heavy Chains of Karma

If one has not yet attained , one remains a being governed by the laws of karma and cause and effect. It is incredibly difficult to break free from the powerful whirlpool of karma that drags us down into the ocean of suffering. Without this Awakening, it is nearly impossible to truly be the master of one's own destiny. Before one has successfully transformed their karma, their practice will inevitably be influenced by the weight of past actions. Even those who possess good roots and wisdom often find themselves struggling within this vast ocean of karma. After a period of intense effort, some still find themselves pulled back into the depths, and once this life passes, they are lost in the cycle of rebirth, leaving no trace behind.

A Rare Opportunity for Liberation

However, there are those who, through rare and precious Causal Conditions, encounter the Buddha or Bodhisattvas, ancestral masters, or those who have realised their true nature. Through their guidance and salvation, these fortunate individuals are able to break free from the whirlpool of karma, escape the cycle of rebirth, and gain the opportunity to enter the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. The fourfold assembly of disciples currently residing at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, are presently in this very situation.

In this age of the ’s decline, Namo Amituofo observes that the beings of this world are burdened by heavy karma. Their personalities are often rigid and difficult to change, and their frequently manifest to obstruct their practice. Under the interference of demon crowds—and at times, even powerful interference—it is only through the compassionate guidance of the Buddha that one can overcome these trials. We must help all disciples to:

  • Overcome every difficulty that arises on the path.
  • Achieve breakthrough after breakthrough in their spiritual cultivation.
  • Practise with ever-increasing diligence and sincerity.
  • Remain undisturbed by the fluctuations of impermanence.
  • Strive with all their might to leap out of the pull of the karmic whirlpool.

The Dual Power of Practice

By continuously relying on the dual power of one's own sincere practice and the compassionate of Namo Amituofo, you will gain the opportunity to break through delusion and attain . You will have the chance to realise your true self-nature and attain Buddhahood within this very life of impermanence. However, this requires that the fourfold assembly of disciples remains diligent, listens to the teachings, and puts them into practice without hesitation. Namo Amituofo.
