When you step into this world, you must ask yourself: what is truly real? What is the essence of existence? When you arrive at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, what is it that you are seeking to see? You may have heard of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, but how much of this truth have you truly grasped within your heart? The world is filled with endless chatter and human opinions, yet amidst this noise, one must discern what is genuinely correct and authentic.
I wish to tell you that you do not need to travel for a long time to find the truth. Whether you are resting on a plane or travelling through the world, once you arrive at this sacred place, you will truly know the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss and see it with your own eyes. I have come to you today, and these are not empty words or false claims. I am truly here, and this place is indeed the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
You may wonder why I speak so boldly of a direct path to the West. Do you not wish to return to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss? It is right before your eyes. This reality is perceived not through the physical , but through the deep understanding of the heart and spirit. When your heart is clear, when your mind is emptied of attachments, your vision will open. You will naturally see beyond the mundane, dusty appearances of the ordinary world, and you will see that what lies before you is the true, authentic Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The Education of the Heart
I wish to lead all the children who come here to find the true skills of practice. People in this world suffer so deeply, and they are in desperate need of a teacher with a kind heart and pure intentions to guide them. Why must one suffer? It is because you think too much, and your heart feels a constant sense of dissatisfaction. You carry too many emotions and inner voices that you do not know how to resolve. This is why you need education.
This education is thorough and profoundly real. It is a completely new form of learning, a skill that cannot be found anywhere else in the mundane world. I hope that all who come here can transcend the processes of ageing and illness. This is not a hollow slogan or a deceptive promise; it is something you can truly feel, experience, and verify within your own heart.
The Alchemy of Transformation
Why do people face the end of life? It is mostly because their minds are too complex, and they have allowed their thoughts to become corrupted. If you diligently cultivate and adjust your mind, you will find that your entire body and spirit will return to a state of perfect balance. When your heart is transformed, the effects will be visible for all to see. To achieve this, you must engage in the essential pillars of our practice:
- Listening to the scriptures: This is the vital education that nourishes your wisdom.
- Prostrations: Bowing to the Buddha is a necessary physical practice to humble the ego.
- Chanting Namo Amituofo: This is the core of our devotion, keeping the Buddha in our hearts.
- Reciting the Sutras: This is the true nourishment for your spiritual growth.

It is only when you arrive here that you realise how comfortable, how free, and how joyful practice truly is. Practice is the only way to change yourself and to change your destiny.
If you feel deeply bound by the impermanence of this world, then practice is your only exit. It is absolutely essential. To spread the teachings, to purify , mind, and spirit—this is the mission of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. Know the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. See the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Propagate the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Only then will you realise that a human life can achieve such great success, and that you possess such useful talents. Once you arrive, you will truly know that Namo Amituofo is waiting here for you.
