The Luminous Clarity of an Unburdened Heart

Whether things appear to be finite or infinite depends entirely upon your heart. When your heart is empty of worldly attachments, it becomes clear, luminous, and vast. This is the state of true . However, when your heart is filled with the clutter of worldly desires, it becomes like a landscape obscured by a thick, impenetrable fog. In such a state, it is difficult to see the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.

The Infinite of the Buddha

Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su are both present here with us. Their infinite compassion is always by your side, offering support and guidance. You should feel deep gratitude for the that have brought us all together in this life. Within this finite span of time, if you can look past the surface, you will perceive the infinite. This is the great fortune of all students of Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre.

A Path to Eternal Liberation

While you possess a physical body, you must use it to follow the Buddha and work to save infinite suffering beings. This is the path of the . When the time comes that you no longer have a physical body, you will be ready to enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss together with the Buddha. By letting go of the illusion of existence, you find the true, eternal life that awaits in the Western Pure Land.
