You must never underestimate the energy contained within your mental notes. Every single thought you harbour and every action you perform carries a specific frequency. When you accumulate these thoughts and actions, you are essentially building the foundation of your future reality.

As you gather small, consistent acts of Goodness and maintain pure thoughts, you attract and lead the power of Goodness into your life. Through this steady practice, the negative energy within you begins to weaken. Over time, if you remain diligent, this negative energy can be entirely removed, and positive energy will gradually manifest until it completely replaces the former darkness.

Cultivating the Seeds of Goodness

When your heart is filled with this positive energy, you reach a state where you can truly give rise to all and achieve the fruit of . At this stage, the purification of becomes clear, and the power of Goodness flows without any obstruction. As you continue to refine your heart and spirit, your entire being becomes a vessel of purity and Goodness. This is the very moment when you realise your true nature as an awakened being.

Before you reach this state, you will undergo a process of Body-Mind-Spirit purification. During this journey, you will inevitably encounter obstacles created by the of past actions. However, you must understand that every moment of struggle is a potential turning point.

Conversely, you must be wary of the opposite path. If you allow yourself to accumulate evil thoughts and evil actions, you are inviting the power of negativity to take root in your spirit. As the negative energy takes hold and replaces the good, you become further removed from your true nature and the path of .
