The Fleeting Nature of the Physical Body
This physical body originates from our parents. People often mistake their physical home for the true destination of , yet in truth, the body is destined to return to the dust. In this world, the conditions we encounter unfold within and the causes and effects, progressing through the .
The heart and spirit are one, originating from beginningless time and flowing towards an endless future. As long as a single breath remains in this body, the heart and spirit are tethered to it.
Breaking Free from the Cycle of Reincarnation
Do not allow yourself to re-enter the cycle of reincarnation; how long must the suffering of sentient beings continue? Even in the heavenly realms, there is an end; when are exhausted, fear and panic arise, leading to the hells to repay old debts, where it is difficult to find a way out or anyone to save you.
The Path of the Wise Practitioner
If you are a practitioner, within this short human life, you must use this limited time to elevate the quality of your spirit—this is the action of a wise person. Where does the spirit truly belong? By learning the , having faith in the Buddha, and chanting the Buddha-name, the spirit finds its true home in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss; only the Western Land is the ultimate destination.
Rebirth in the Western Land
The Western Land of Ultimate Bliss is the one-vehicle where beings are born within lotus flowers. Within these pure blossoms, the spirit hears the Dharma and is nurtured in purity. When the flower opens, one sees the Buddha, awakens to the truth, and moves towards the final goal of liberation and Buddhahood.
All living beings across the mountains and plains possess a spirit that has journeyed through many lifetimes. If you have the Dharma affinity to encounter Namo Amituofo and hear the sacred Buddha-name, the power of the Buddha's blessings will help you create space for your spirit to transcend this world.
The Universal Grace of Namo Amituofo
At the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, Namo Amituofo truly abides. Where do sentient beings belong? The Universal Buddha, Namo Amituofo, is everywhere. If you hear the Buddha-name and chant it continuously, you are held within the Buddha's blessings. If you chant the Buddha-name, you will enter the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss; if you do not, you will receive blessings in the human and heavenly realms.
This is the grace of Namo Amituofo, extending not only to the human world but throughout the entire Dharma Realm, saving all sentient beings at this very moment.
