The Abode of Namo Amituofo
Recorded and transcribed by Namo Amituofo’s disciple, Venerable HaiZe.
On this day, the tenth of August, 2025, we reflect upon the presence of the Buddha. You may ask, when is it possible to truly witness the teachings of Namo Amituofo? You must understand that the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, is the place where Namo Amituofo truly dwells. The Buddha’s teachings are available to you at any moment, provided your heart is prepared to receive them.
Cultivating the Receptive Heart
Members of the fourfold assembly of disciples at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, you must ask yourselves: who among you is capable of receiving the Buddha’s message and transcribing it into words for the benefit of all? To receive these teachings, one must embody specific qualities:

The Daily Path to
To walk the path of the Buddha, you must commit to your daily practice:

If you practise diligently and maintain the vow of rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, Namo Amituofo will surely lead you there. As you continue to purify your heart and perform acts of goodness, you will eventually hear Namo Amituofo calling your name. In that moment, the space of your mind will open, allowing you to receive the Buddha’s message clearly and continue to hear the sounds of the Dharma.
The Clarity of the Buddha's Voice
Every discourse you receive is a rare and unique treasure. You must receive these teachings in the present moment, for they are perfectly aligned with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. To listen and follow these instructions is the true duty of a disciple of the Buddha. These teachings are the natural outflow of the Buddha’s own true nature. If you can truly believe in the Buddha and listen to his words, the day you break through delusion and attain enlightenment will not be far off.
However, if you do not have deep faith in Namo Amituofo, you will remain hindered by your own views and attachments. It becomes easy to be tainted by the world and difficult to purify your heart, making it nearly impossible to receive the Buddha’s voice. Therefore, I urge the fourfold assembly to be diligent in your practice. Whether you are performing prostrations or walking meditation, ensure that every word you recite is clear and sincere. The Buddha's blessings are contained within these practices. If you are diligent, you will naturally hear the messages that Namo Amituofo sends to you. Though receiving the Buddha’s teachings is not easy, if you listen and improve your conduct, you will surely receive the benefits of the Dharma.
