The Weight of the Karmic Ocean

In the vast and turbulent ocean of karmic reincarnation, your heart has endured countless wounds. You have cycled through various bodies, shaped by the laws of and cause and effect, experiencing every form of suffering imaginable. The blood and tears of the past are not merely memories; they are etched into your as deep karmic imprints that continue to drive the cycle of reincarnation.

The Illusion of the World

Originally, your heart was empty and pure, devoid of any attachment. Yet, due to confusion, you have allowed myriad phenomena to arise. You have allowed your heart to be stained by the concepts of purity, emptiness, and existence. How can you stop this cycle of contamination? You must settle your heart. Do not let yourself be swayed by external circumstances.

In a deep meditative state, you can withstand the crashing waves of life. It is difficult to count the countless ripples that turn into great waves, but if you remain unmoved, you can face all conditions. When your heart is settled, it is as if you are observing an illusory world; not a single disturbance can shake your original, inherent stillness.

Returning to the True Self

My children, if you truly understand that everything in this world is illusory, and that all phenomena arise and perish according to Causal Conditions, you will settle your heart. Only by returning to your true self can you find what is real. If you have truly awakened and understand this principle through wisdom, why would you remain trapped in suffering? Settle your heart, and let everything proceed in a state of stillness and .

Integrating Practice into Life

My children, when you face your practice, you must settle your heart. Integrate your practice into your heart, your vows, and your actions. Your life and this very body exist for the sake of your practice. You exist and strive to rediscover your true self, to save yourself and others, reaching the and finding one's own Buddha nature.
