The Wisdom of Seeing Through and Letting Go
Words of Namo Amituofo

The Hidden Weight Within the Heart
When you encounter people, matters, or environments that you cannot 'see through,' you inevitably hold onto them. These unresolved emotions and lingering attachments do not simply vanish. Instead, they settle deep within your heart, occupying a portion of your inner space. Although they may appear to be covered up or forgotten, they are not truly gone. They remain as subtle seeds of , waiting for the right conditions to manifest.
To truly 'let go' means to reach a state where, even when external circumstances arise, the space within your heart remains undisturbed. When you have truly let go, these previously hidden attachments will not be stirred, and there will be no karmic interference manifesting in your life. This is the only way to define genuine letting go. Only when you achieve this state can your practice remain free from interference, and you will no longer suffer from the following obstacles: , a heavy, clouded state of mind that prevents clear understanding; or entering other spaces, where you are pulled into lower spiritual dimensions or dream-states where your spirit is no longer under your own control.
The Nighttime Journey of the Spirit
The people, matters, and environments you cannot 'see through,' along with the emotions you cannot 'let go,' are the very things that invite drowsiness and pull your spirit into other spaces. You may be able to control your thoughts during the day, consciously choosing not to dwell on these matters. However, when your body and mind relax at night, these suppressed thoughts transform into the content of your dreams. In these moments, your spirit is effectively being led away into these other spaces.
Upon waking, you may not remember the dream at all, yet the unresolved emotions and the people or situations you failed to 'see through' remain trapped in that space. Furthermore, your spirit or soul may also remain tethered there, unable to return to a state of complete clarity. When these hidden emotions and attachments are finally brought into the spotlight and exposed, you must take the opportunity to understand their illusory nature. You must realise that all these Causal Conditions are like floating clouds and a light breeze—they are empty and unreal. If you can truly decompose these attachments into nothingness, you will have successfully 'seen through' and 'let go' of that corner of your heart. Only then can your karma be purified, preventing these matters from becoming the source of your drowsiness and the reason you cannot maintain a clear, bright mind.
The Unbroken Stream of the Buddha-Name
If you wish to truly face your own problems and resolve the issues of drowsiness and being pulled into other spaces, you must do more than just repent to the beings who have been brought into your field of influence. You must also truly 'see through' the reality of all illusory phenomena. Furthermore, do not forget that there is a supreme Jewel available to help you. You must practise chanting Buddha's name until it becomes a continuous, flowing stream that never stops, 24/7, without even the slightest gap. This constant recitation is the most effective way to avoid drowsiness and prevent your spirit from being pulled into other spaces.
If you chant only when you feel like it, or if your chanting is inconsistent, then the drowsiness will remain. It is not that the Buddha is not helping you; rather, it is because you have no Buddha in your heart, no Buddha in your mouth, and no Buddha in your actions. Without this foundation, it is difficult for the Buddha to find a point of leverage to help you stay grounded. My children, the power of the Buddha is already blessing and saving you at every moment. You must now learn to 'let go' and save yourselves, for only then can your practice truly advance. Namo Amituofo.
